The food was amazing but it was such a small portion! They give you a handful of fries and a tiny burger for $20…I just don’t think it’s worth that much money. If they gave you bigger portions than it would be great!

Located inside the mall in the food court. Burgers were made to order. They had about 4 choices of signature burgers to order. All burgers came with seasoned fries. Everything fresh and pretty good. 2 beef patties on the s’room swiss burger and taste was pretty good. Could have used a little more sauce but still very good. There was a line but they moved pretty quickly to fill the orders. Garlic sauce for fries was really good. Not the best burger in Midland. Just ok

Fast since tasty. I was very pleased with the fresh, local, homemade burger patties made quickly in a fast- food environment. However, while the flavor was good, the amount of bright pink was far too much for my taste. The fries would have been better if they hadn’t seasoned them, and offered us ketchup.

Short review: Five Guys makes a better burger.
More: We’re disappointed and won’t be going back. The burgers are very greasy and taste/feel like they’re made with cheap ingredients. The burger patties were mushy and had no body to them. The cheese tasted like cheap singles. The buns were mealy. For $9 I was disappointed.
Avoid the duck fat seasoned fries. They’re just soaked in fat. They’re gross.

I was really excited to try the food now that they are in the mall, but very disappointed! Everything was incredibly salty- the burger meat was really salty, and the fries extremely salty. And the fries tasted burned. I watched all the orders going out, and all the fries were around 5 shades darker than any of the pictures posted in the pictures section on Google maps. I didn’t finish them. Service was very friendly, but also very slow. I realize the food is super fresh, but I wasn’t expecting to wait a full 20 minutes in a food court. Hoping it was just an off day. I’ll try again in a few weeks.

Always lerry of the quality of food court food, my son and decided to try MIDLAND BURGER CO.
We were so thankful we did. The burgers were made fresh off the grill, fries hot out of the fryer.
It truly was one of the best burgers we’ve eaten in a long time.
Well be back for sure.

The food is ok. Fries are like what I make at home so I was happy about that. Bacon slaw burger lacked any flavor depth. The mushroom Swiss was pretty good (garlic herb mayo was on point) but for a 9$ burger I expect fresh mushrooms not canned. The burger itself is honestly nothing spectacular. It’s better than traditional fast food burgers but not quite where I wanted it to be. Had an issue with staff but management contacted me and has assured me that it will be addressed. Willing to give them another try.

Omg. Their burgers are so good that when my husband and I took our first bites, we just stared at them, completely gobsmacked! The patties are cooked perfectly and their handmade sauces really make their food stand out. The prices are a bit high, but it’s SOOOOO worth every cent! Definitely my new favorite burger joint. I have a new vice!

Burgers are cooked to order. Wait was minimal. Everything about them seemed fresh. They were cooked perfectly, presented well, and were delicious! We also loved the fries! We’ll definitely be back.
