If i could give zero stars i would but 2 is Ok for now. I am very disappointed with the quality of these slices . Specially slice use to be $4 everywhere else which is now $7 per slice here. Almost $10 for one slice of pizza. The pizza was not good i struggled to finish it because of the flavor was not it. The sauce and the cheese / trash. For those prices im expecting a similar taste to a New York City / Brooklyn slice .. absolutely disgusting how much i paid for two slices of pizza that were dirt. Won’t be back. Use to like this place 7 years ago.

I knew leaving NY would leave a pizza shaped hole in my heart… HOWEVER, I did not stop to consider the Middle-Island-Pizza-garlic-knot shaped hole that is even more prominently missing since having moved. Those knots are beyond perfection, and back in my several decades of Long Island living, I would often stop by just for a questionably large order of knots. They live on in my heart and dreams. It is the first food I will run towards next time I’m in town.

I went for the first time with my friend Katie yesterday to get our go to order (chicken bacon ranch slice)
We both agreed this was the best slice of chicken bacon ranch we ever had.
We were greeted by a lady named Leah and 2 other workers, everybody was extremely friendly and every time someone walked in they were treated like family including us.
There’s a front and back so there’s plenty of seats, also we we called like 5 or 6 pizza places before we went here to ask if they had our favorite slice and these guys were the only ones to offer to make 2 slices for us.
We were absolutely taken back by the service, atmosphere, everything, this will be our go to spot from now on, thank you guys!!

Worst experience ever, I recomend going anywhere else. If I could I would give them -3stars for customer service. I am a disabled v.a veteran and I am willing to pay extra for good friendly service. If you want that go else where. My father ordered my a chicken parm dinner and they forgot to give him the pasta, also I went to get my own order i walked. I ordered 2 orders of garlic knots they didn’t have a lid on either. On my double order of sausage and peppers they would have used two containers instead of over filling one. It was a mess the lid was melted and as a result it leaked out and got all over the bag and my shorts. They never apologized for the forgetting of the pasta. I did not feel like a valued customer. I didn’t want a free meal, I just wanted to let them know I was not happy. Now I will no longer do business with these people.

My favorite place couldn’t deliver this day. I went to middle island.
Ordered meatball parm hereo. Boneless wings which was burnt popcorn chicken and a tossed salad. Can’t screw that one up. For me it was not possible to eat the hero. I couldn’t tell if the it was the sauce. Cheese or meatballs that was so salty. To me it wasn’t edible

Usually very kind and accommodating people, but I believe that this establishment does cross contamination of foods, I have celiac disease and always get a Penne Alla Vodka gluten free with chicken, the last time i got it they ruined the order and gave breaded chicken so i got it redone for free, but even still ive now ended up sick (ie vomiting, stomach problems and fever) since eating , my family has decided to stop ordering from this establishment as a mess up like this is detrimental on my health!

We love Middle Island pizza, we moved here in 2020 and have been coming here ever since. They have amazing pizza, wonderful sauce and the best rainbow cake I’ve ever had! Highly recommend! Oh, and the guys and girls behind the counter couldn’t be any nicer.

Apologizing in advance for Karening out but I was asked twice if I wanted chicken on my salad to which I answered, “no,” but got charged for anyway which made the salad warm and soggy. Additionally, if I’m ordering a slice this is not what I’m asking for. It’s pizza. If a slice has a giant dried out cheeseless bubble in it just throw it away. Unsure about how the rest of you feel but that does not exceed, let alone meet my standard. Usually the food is good. This was just straight up annoying.
