They deserve zero stars due to the bs I experienced. Firstly they would not allow me to look at the crab before ordering them. Secondly after buying the crabs they WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I had order medium size crabs for $38 a dozen and when I got home they were small. They were smaller than the regular size crabs, That they look like baby crabs, not only did they give me less than a DOZEN, I will never again be buying from here what’s so ever and I’d advise ya not to either. THERE WAS NO MEAT IN THE CRAB THEY WERE VERY HOLLOW AND THEY HAVE NOW CLAWS! If you want better crabs ether go to shoreline in crofton MD or the wharf in Washington DC and go to captain whites seafood to get your crabs.

I would not visit this establishment again. I did not enjoy my side dishes. I had broccoli and fried rice. I was with someone who had sweet potatoes and collard greens. She expressed dislike for those dishes as well. My main dish was the fried catfish, which I did enjoy. My son had the fried chicken and fries which he enjoyed. It was hot in there.

So far I love the music they play inside its light gospel music and I always glad to hear this kind of music at a business where young children are allowed. The food is overall good especially the croaker and catfish. The man behind the counter is great and the two women that have served me were nice also. I recommend trying out at least twice if you like fried fish. Oh and the collard greens are decent which to me is a plus by it being cooked in MD. Can’t touch my mom or grandma’s but that’s normal right.

Had a taste for some bone in fish and decided to give this restaurant a try. They have a lot of items on their menu. I had the fried croaker dinner with fries and hush puppies. Let’s just say that the hush puppies were the only thing that I could finish. The fish looked good but tasted old and unseasoned and the fries tasted like they were not cooked in fresh grease. The place was pretty clean and the person behind the counter was friendly. however, I had a bad taste in my mouth after leaving. I had to down a whole damn bag of skittles to get the bad taste to leave. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this joint again.

First time trying this place. The fried catfish was good but not whole pieces of fish. The coleslaw was the worst I ever had. I could not eat it! Too much mayo and couldn’t taste any cabbage or carrots because they were little chopped bits of vegetables! They also have a hot food bar. Friend had turkey wings and mashed potatoes and green beans. Turkey wings were greasy. Mashed potatoes tasted like they had sugar in them. and green beans were like they just dumped from can and served! Maybe they are known for their steamed crabs, but I won’t be returning to find out. The yams were okay.

This place hands DOWN was nasty. My stuffed shrimp was over cooked, and really hard. My sweet potatoes was bland with cinnamon dumped on top and the Mac and cheese was tasteless and watery. Made this order via Uber Eats.
Figured since I placed the order early, everything would be good. NOPE. Do NOT eat at this location. They are terrible.

Went for breakfast one morning & was pleasantly surprised considering that’s not their specialty.
Went for breakfast a 2nd time (a year later)& the food was very tasty. More food than you would get at I-hop & for less cost. More food than you would get at McDonald’s but slightly more cost (minimal). If I were a regular breakfast eater this would be my go to spot. I think the booths were updated(not sure) bcus they are very comfy.

Prices went up and the portion size went down. Was charged $14 for two very small salmon cakes that was the size of a sausage patty. I used to frequent this place but after today experience…. Im done. Just simply not worth the money.

I walked in because I LOVED the Mid Atlantic in Laurel… so I decided to try them out. I walked around to look at the food and it looked like it had been sitting for hours… the place wasn’t filthy, but it didn’t give me the comfortable clean feeling either.
