At 9:45 pm, we entered the establishment, but the bartender did not acknowledge our arrival. We waited for approximately 15 minutes before she finally acknowledged us and inquired about our beverage preferences. We opted for a Coke product, as we are not habitual drinkers.
Upon receiving our order, the bartender informed us that the kitchen was closed. She proceeded to serve the sodas and, five minutes later, brought three trays of food for other customers. She returned to our table and informed us that the last call for sodas was at 10:30 pm.
I expressed my concern to my companion and informed the bartender that we could b cashed out now.
The manner in which we were treated is unacceptable, and no one should be subjected to such treatment. If you are employed in the service industry, it is imperative that you work diligently and with a positive attitude. If you find yourself experiencing anger or annoyance towards a guest, it may be indicative of a misalignment between your industry and your personal values.
To be candid, I would never recommend anyone to visit that location.

Got lunch and dessert with my husband today, it was very good and our server Haylee was really nice. Thank you! Can’t wait to come again sometime.

It was my first time stopping in at Mick’s All American Pub. This is a standard pub with a nice menu and good selection of beers. Our server was very friendly and she really cared about serving everyone. I ordered 6 mild wings, which were crispy and tasty!! But the blue cheese was the highlight!! So good!!
The restaurant was clean and conveniently located by a movie theater. Great place to stop for a quick bite, cold beer, and then to watch a movie.

Very easy going, the staff kept an eye on you asking if you needed a refill or anything you needed. The meals were very delicious my buddies an I all had very delicious meals. Just look at the these pictures and decide for yourself. At the end I know my plate was clean!

Horrible place to eat! If you get chicken make sure it is done! I got mild boneless wings. The were raw in the middle. I ate three to four pieces before I noticed the chicken was not cooked. I got food poisoning and lost a day of work. Plus the manager never came to talk to me. The waiter was great, but not the food!!

Horrible place, horrible service, horrible food. This place pretty much ruined our Valentines day by making my husband feel so unwanted and attacked. Before we even got a chance to sit down to eat it started. We watched them seat people who checked in after us. My husband said something and they told us that people are just seating themselves at that someone took our table. She walked away to go talk to them, came back to us and told us that the girl was crying so she was going to give them a pass but another table was open for us now. We got seated and ordered our food. We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the ruby. They brought us a Swiss burger and Ruben. Ok, fine, honest mistake. It took the waitress a good ten minutes just to come and tell us she misheard my husband and thought he said Ruben. His drink was empty by then, no offer to refill it. This was the last time we saw our waitress. My husband then had to watch me eat (he insisted I eat) for the entire time. She never checked on him, not one time but she continued to serve people around us and walked past our table. After waiting for another 30mins, we had to hunt down our waitress just to tell her at this point she can give us his food to go and bring the check. We had a movie at 7:15, we got to Micks at 5:30. After, another 15mins, by this point all of our drinks are empty and we have only seen the waitress the time we asked for the check. I got up and found the manager and let her know that we’ve been here for about an hour and my husband hasn’t eaten any food yet. By this time, the 10 top thay was seated next to us, after us, had their food. The manager had the waitress finally bring us our check. She brought it to us and walked away. I had to go pay at the bar because she never came back to take the payment. I tipped her 0 dollars. I have never not tipped in my life. The manager did take his food off the check and gave my husband his food. She also gave us 2 free drink chips but we will never be back. It was valentines day so maybe they were so busy they couldn’t handle it. However, reading other reviews this seems pretty common even on slow days. We are an interracial couple so I won’t say the thing out loud but I know my husband felt like he was targeted from the beginning. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had eating at any restaurant. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The food was great, and Sara our waitress was fabulous! We stopped before our movie and it was well worth it. If you are looking to hang with friends, drink, eat, watch a sports game – this place is for you!

The daily special was not good as it had a super unbalanced flavor and just ended up overly sweet, but making your mouth on fire. Fried cheese was decent. Never had a refill on my drink.
Portion sizes small and moderately expensive for what you get.
Prob will not be coming here again.

My latest visit really surprised me. I don’t know if they changed their food/chef recently, since it has been a few years since I have been here, but the food is much better than the last time I visited. Great portions for good prices. I ordered the Reuben and it was a huge sandwich with a good portion of fries. The staff is very friendly and our waitress did a great job. I will be returning way sooner this time around.
