Mickey’s Tavern is named in honor of a very special member of the owners of Mickey’s Tavern’s family—one whose paws left a lasting imprint on everyone he met. Mickey entered their home as a three-month-old rescue puppy from the Nebraska Humane Society.

Great food, atmosphere, and service! My husband & I were in Springfield to visit relatives and we all decided to try Mickey’s, the new restaurant that had recently opened. We were surprised by how nice it is! Wood beams, beautiful fireplace, and comfortable seating. Wide variety of food choices too. Everyone in our party was very happy with their meal choice. I had the garlic smash burger and it was delicious! The seasoned fries were also delicious. Our server, Alex, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. He promptly refilled our drinks without us ever having to ask. We will definitely eat there again the next time we are in town!!!

First time trying Mickey’s & will be back! We had their brunch & everything turned out yummy. Beautiful atmosphere & cozy vibes. Staff was very friendly & our waiter was very kind. We can’t wait to come back to try their lunch/dinner. Love the name & its symbolism behind it. Highly recommend!

Had dinner this evening at the bar with my daughter and the bartender was fantastic! Becca was so welcoming and made great suggestions. We had the fried pickles, BBQ bacon burger and chicken wings. Everything was fresh and delish! Would love to hang out on the patio when the weather warms up perfect place to catch the sunset! We will be back!

This is a beautiful little building in Springfield, NE. We have stopped in twice and will be stopping again! The food is excellent and the service was outstanding.
