This place has really taken a downhill spiral.
The last several time we’ve ordered from here the food has been terrible. From from the overcooked BBQ Chicken that has been sitting to long to the tasteless burger meat that’s gives the flavor of what a Taco Bell meat patty would taste like without being seasoned.
Last night will be our last visit. We ordered a gyro sandwich with tomatoes only. After arriving home we found all of the gyro pieces to be cut chunky as if the were the last pieces left clinging to the metal rod of the rotisserie. The meat tasted old and unseasoned and none had the outer char that is so appealing with gyros.
To top things off the drive through service is no longer customer focused. They spend more time talking to each other instead of attending to the customers. I’m not sure if there was an ownership change or loss of great staff due to attrition. Not a hello, how are you or any thank you when you pay.
I apologize for the low quality of the close up shots of the gyro pieces. You can see though how it is chopped into large pieces instead of slices along the cone for crispy longer thin pieces.

Do not eat or dine in here. Terrible customer service. I did not get what I ordered and the stupid person at the window was rude and rolling her eyes at me. She assured me that what I ordered was in the bag. I get to work and none of what I ordered was given. She even charged me extra for the cheese. I called the manager and the manager was also rude berly spoke English. Person at window taking orders might not understand fully English neither because neither were right. So yes I lost my money there. This place is not professional at all and instead they are rude! Food not appetizing no cheese as I asked and it was dry when I asked to be dipped. Disgusting and they also added a sausage. Disgusting

Best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The staff is so friendly it’s almost like I know them personally . It’s nice to see so many familiar faces over the years along with the great food that has been provided for such a long time. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. The prices are outstanding and the food it’s hearty and delicious. Mickeys is more than a restaurant, it’s an experience.

We both had a Big Mickey Combo which included a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, sautéed onions, mustard and ketchup; fries, and a drink. We made the fries cheese fries which meant they gave us a side of cheese sauce to dunk the fries in.
Overall the burgers were good. My tomato tasted weird and there were a ton of onions, so I took those off. I also added some more ketchup to my burger.
The fries didn’t taste like they had any salt on them, which means you can tailor it to your liking.

The food has gone way downhill. I grew up in Midlothian and this was our family’s spot to go to! Ordered takeout to take to my Mom who is still in Midlothian and the usual items we used to order were not good. Service was fast but The chicken pita’s were so overcooked and dry, almost not edible. They must have already had the chicken cooked and then recooked it. Gyro plate was so small and made my friend sick. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

Usually the food is spot on. Today the drive thru was quick and they got the order perfect. The ribs were good, my wife enjoyed the chicken on the pita, and my kids liked the hotdogs and fries. Only complaints were that I was given a potato from what looks like yesterday, it was gross and dry, and the garlic bread was a half square today compared to the usual half slice. I should have known better because even when I order extra garlic breads they rip me off on them.

I placed a pickup order like I usually do. Had only one car in front of me in the drive thru but still waited at least 10 minutes. When I got to the window, the cashier kept her back to me for another few minutes. Still, I remained calm and polite because I worked in food service for 13 years and I know how customers can be. I received my order and drove home, only to realize that it was missing two orders of fries. I ordered two gyros plates with fries on the side, and also another fry to go with the rest of my order. I called to let them know, and basically I was called a liar and they weren’t going to replace the fries because they don’t do credits…even though I’ve received a credit before. When I said that to the girl on the phone, I heard a male voice stating that I don’t make any sense. I then asked to speak with a manager, who happened to be that voice I heard in the background. As I began to voice my concerns, he interrupted me and stated that he was the one who bagged my order. I was continuing to let him know that I only have one fry in my bag and it’s not a reason to lie about it. He then ignorantly stated that since I wasn’t coming back to get my fries now, I have one day to get them or nothing. NOT going back to get the fries, or ever again…Not even an apology, just a manager calling a customer a liar.
