Go for the food, and order takeout. I say that because the food is why you should visit, I visit this restaurant 3-5 times a month and it is good. The service is terrible. Every time it’s terrible. No matter the time you go, if it’s busy or not the staff are terrible. The wait time is up and down based on the day, which is fine. Most people are OK to wait if the food & service is good. You would think that it being the largest casino in the world, they would be able to treat their customers better. Again, the food is great. The staff and the restaurant manager should be very ashamed of themselves.

Very Nice Restaurant-Bar nice and clean the staff are awesome very professional and super nice! Now the food is pretty average at least what I had! The house salad was good and fresh , but the Burger wasn’t really the great, the menu said it was Wagyu meat but I couldn’t really taste it, it was dry and extremely salty! Probably next time I’ll try the steak!

Literally drive 1.5 hours to just eat here! Miki and Eric are rockstars. If you’ve ever received poor service, trust me it’s because you didn’t have Miki and Eric wasn’t made aware. She goes above and beyond. Eric is the whole reason things don’t get chaotic when you have 100 people wanting to eat at the same time on a Friday night. He makes sure to keep the long line moving and tables clear to make room. They and along with that bread and Mac and cheese is why we continue to come back!

Very pleasant dining experience. Staff was very professional and attentive, the food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant for a bar. Recommend the fried mushrooms and the crème brûlée.

Service was decent until we had an issue with the food. Then, no one wanted to talk to us. Food was not even close to worth of the price we were charged. Chili’s is much better. 2 French onion soups. They put cayenne in it, couldn’t eat it. The lobster cargot was fishy like it was 3 weeks old. A glass of wine is the price of a bottle in a grocery store. Will not go back.

So I had only tried one Mickey Mantles before this and it was a terrible experience BUT I figured I would give it another shot while in the casino there was a concert going on that I was attending so all the food places were obviously busy on top of regular weekend casino crowd. The man and woman host are another level lol someone has put them on a pedestal lol. They choose whom they want in like obvious regulars. I waited in line for 3 HOURS! 3 hours! Many people left out of the line obviously but I really wanted some good food and just kept thinking surely it won’t be much longer but the longer I waited and continued to see people walk up and get in was nothing short of frustrating. And the host were very dismissive, rude, and short. I just watched how they spoke to people getting out of the line to ask how much longer and how they spoke to each other as the people walked away. Plenty of open tables thru out both restaurants so they must be short handed. Was waiting for a table but got set in the bar the blonde working behind the bar was so scattered brained, rude, clueless on what she was doing?, forgot several things, drinks made were not even ordered by me, no plates for appetizers, tables that were sat well after me received food 20 minutes before me obviously it was the bartender/server fault. Food came out and was cooked well. Had to wave her down to pay the bill and that’s embarrassing. Terrible service no matter which location you go to. New management could be in order just saying. No one seemed happy to be there working. Prices are not cheap so just a basic 20%tip off each table is over what should be compensated for service in these locations. And no knowledge on how to actually wait on tables to turn them over for more $ no one wants to pay high prices for terrible service sorry not sorry. The food I got at this location was prepared well unlike the other but to wait that amount of time for the worst service does not add up.

Everything was great until our steaks came out. I ordered the 18 oz ribeye cooked medium and my wife ordered the 7oz filet cooked medium. My steak was a little undercooked, but still edible. My wife’s steak was bloody and closer to medium rare. We told our server and she sent it back to get cooked more. When the steak came back it was burnt on the outside and still very rare on the inside. The manger came out and was very apologetic and took both steaks off our bill. Everything else we ordered was fantastic. I would recommend this restaurant even though our steaks weren’t cooked right rhe rest of our food was great. Thank you to our server and the manager for being professional and handling the situation correctly. UPDATE: So they open a separate location in the Casino. Much more quiet and quaint. Our server Brittany was great. Very attentive and friendly. Food was great, atmosphere was great. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!!
