First time trying Mici. So glad we came. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! Leo, the manager, took very good care of us. We had a large pizza and two pasta entrees: everything was delicious. We also ordered canolis for dessert and found them to be fresh and authentic. We woofed them down so quickly we forgot to take pictures to share. Will definitely be back soon. Also, the garlic bread is to die for.

The management seems to be neglecting the importance of hiring and training competent staff, particularly in customer-facing roles, which would enable them to exhibit proper etiquette. Simple gestures like greeting customers with a ‘good afternoon’ or ‘welcome’ can significantly enhance the dining experience.

Good pizza, loved this place. Clean place, in a shopping strip. We were just passing by as we traveled in Colorado. Manager was very friendly. My husband was celebrating his 72nd birthday. Brought him canoli’s and wished him happy birthday. That was sweet of him to do that, these Texans will remember and brag about this place.

Clean establishment and friendly service. Plenty of foodand beverage to choose from, plus Gelato. We shared a lasagna, and were hoping their 3rd gen recipe would be mind-blowing… It wasn’t, yet it wasn’t bad either. We were also surprised that this was a small chain restaurant, though that didn’t alter our perspective on the food’s quality which was good overall.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My now fiancé proposed to me today and I let them know, and asked for something small like a heart shaped pizza. They went ALL OUT to help us celebrate tonight with cannolis and Prosecco! We drove up here from San Antonio, and I wish we had this place back in Texas. Food is delicious, was hot and ready at pickup time. This was our first time ordering from them, I ordered spaghetti and meatball, and they forgot the meatball!!! I would have given a much higher rating because the sauce is delicious, but how can you forget a meatball when someone orders spaghetti and meatball??

My kids really enjoy eating here- they give kids some pizza dough to play with and sculpt, then they will cook it for them!
The kids meals include a slice of garlic bread, but grapes and tomatoes are less than $1 each and you get a lot in each side.
