Everytime I try each flavor of their ice cream flavor it’s always a disappointment. Any flavor you try is not always what they advertise. it’s either too salty, too sweet, or have a werid taste to it. I had this fruity pebble ice cream they had and when took the first bite of it I immediately didn’t like it. It tastes like a werid oddly sweet bubblegum flavor and the “bits” of “cereal” had a odd texture of coconut-like rubber taste to it. sometimes I even wonder if they even try all the flavors they make before putting it out. and it’s not just for this location it’s all the locations. I would never spend my money here ever again.

Purchased ice cream, mango flavored.
They charged $1 for chamoy & tajin. Never again. The girl assisting me didn’t informed me it was a $1 extra either she just added “syrup”. Won’t go there anytime soon.

Place is always empty and now I know why. Ice cream is mid and over priced. Let alone getting terrible service from a snarky badly boxed dyed haired teenager. Don’t bother going. Save your time and money.

Good service and the ice creams are okay, occasionally they’ll taste old and have freeze burn . A bit overpriced. Staff is nice to serve you but their attitude changes as soon as you don’t leave a tip.

The only negative reviews really talk about how overbearing the boss is to her employees but if you’re worried about the workers that are keeping this place running amazingly,
!! give them their tips directly !!
For the portion size, the prices are amazing! THE only RASPBERRY ICE CREAM I’ve ever found, and subsequently raspberry ice cream milkshake ♥️ don’t even get me started on the biggest crepes you’ve ever seen

Ice cream is good. Giving it a 1 star due to the lack of hygiene, floors were dirty, but most importantly I noticed the 2 girls were charging and the don’t change their gloves. Won’t be going back to this location. Hope management reads this and takes some action. Money carries a lot of germs and its so unsanitary.

I was disappointed today because the esquite I bought was extremely salty. I did add Tajín because it would have made it saltier. The powder chili is jus red powder without any flavor. None of the other salsas veré available. I didn’t enjoy my esquite like I used to. I hope my comment is taken into account because I like this place.
