Our waitress Jules was exceptionally friendly, welcoming us with a smile, 5 stars for Jules! She corrected a mistake with the drink I ordered before I could even realise there had been a mix up. Our breakfast was delicious and we hardly waited to get our food. The atmosphere is much better than it was in the old location, the space is much lighter and open than before, there is even a bit of a Mountain view if you get a table close to the outside facing windows.

The service at this Spur is warm and friendly. I had my all time favourite, go to meal which is the nachos and it was absolutely divine!! Served warm and very quickly by our incredibly efficient and sweet waitress, Tamica.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Michigan Spur and it was one of the loveliest services I have received from the restaurant – our waiter, Sphenathi and his manager Mikyle were both incredibly knowledgeable when helping with the menu, and they ensured that our food was served on time whilst having positive attitudes throughout. Michigan Spur hosted a great kids 6th birthday party today. Manager Nosi and her team took fantastic care of nearly 20 kids and 10 adults. They created a family atmosphere and were extremely responsive to all requests.

Had the worst experience, went for a birthday breakfast the day before my birthday. We were there early and was less than a handful of tables at the time. We waited over 45 minutes to receive any food and the 2 burgers came before the 2 breakfasts, how is that even possible. We then waited over 10 minutes between the burgers and breakfast which also came with no toast. First bite into my breakfast was a bunch of hair that’s when I couldn’t take it anymore and complained to the staff and manager that it was unacceptable to wait so long and receive the service we did. The manager told me to calm down which is not the way to treat your customers, I will 100% not be back there. Terrible experience!

Had a great time family the kids enjoyed themselves and the food was good, waiter and manager were super helpful. Even though I was not happy the Eisbein due to it being overcooked and rubbery the replacement meal(warrior combo) was superbly done. Definitely worth a 2nd visit.
