This was my first time trying this place out. I had a pretty large order and it was a Tuesday so I expected a long wait since it was Taco Tuesday ($3 Tacos). When I got there the line was already out the door and the place was crowded with hardly anywhere to sit. Didn’t stop me from waiting though because I heard so many great things about this place since moving here. Unfortunately, it was so busy my order got mixed up and I received everything except one birria quesadilla was swapped for two tacos and the papa tacos were served without the toppings. If the mistake didn’t happen I would have given this place a solid 5 stars. The service was amazing and even though they made a mistake with my order, they did fix it once I came back. There was no fuss and no excuses. They were very polite and considerate. Jaylin, Jade and Kendrick were very friendly and hospitable. Jaylin entered the order correctly as my receipt showed an accurate order. Jade held a friendly conversation with my niece and I at the table she cleaned for us to sit while we waited as soon as the people previously there left. Made us feel welcome. And Kendrick served us with a smile and thanked us more than once and let us know that he hoped to see us again soon. The place seems a bit expensive at first but when you see the large portion sizes, its worth the money you pay for each dish. I highly recommend this place and I will be back simply because of the staff and their friendly and welcoming environment.

Conveniently located off the 215 FWY in the ‘Menifee Town Center’ shopping center on Antelope and Newport Roads near Ross, with plenty of parking.
You order at the counter and seat yourself. The restaurant has inside seating as well as outside benches shared with neighboring restaurants.
Their menu consists of ‘Tacos, Quesa Birria, Birria Ramen, Burritos, Quesadillas, Tortas, Nachos, loaded Fries’ as drinks they serve ‘Beer, Micheladas, Aguas Frescas, soda’.
We tried their ‘Chicken Burrito’ and an ‘Asada Torta’ (Mexican sandwich). They both tasted great, but the burrito was greasy towards the bottom end which became a bit overwhelming. Complimentary chips and salsa as we waited for our meal.
Service was good, although a bit slow for food to come out, but we had a good experience here and we’ll be back to try their ‘Birria Ramen’.

Took 45 minutes to get 6 tacos to go. They said 25 minute wait. Asked for everything on the tacos and they came completely bare with just the piece of fish. The sides were in these tiny half filled containers on the side. Not enough to cover the amount of tacos we got and they forgot the salsas we asked for. I went back in to ask for another container of sides and the missing salsas, and they gave me containers that were even smaller than the first ones and still barely filled up… Still missing the salsas. So I had to ask for those a 3rd time. In the 45 minutes of waiting there were countless orders being sent back for being wrong. The food is good but it’s absolutely not worth the wait and the employee incompetence.

I genuinely don’t understand the hype. This was hands-down the worst birria I’ve ever had. The meat was dry, flavorless, and somehow still greasy at the same time. The consommé tasted like someone waved a beef bouillon cube over warm water and called it a day.
The tortillas were soggy, falling apart, and clearly not fresh. Cheese barely melted, meat barely seasoned, and zero depth of flavor. I’ve had better birria from a food truck parked behind a gas station at 2am.
On top of that, the service was slow and disorganized, and the prices are wild for food this mediocre. If this is your first time trying birria, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

They always forget an item from my orders and I never complain. This time around I have to, I placed an extra order for a large consome, a $10 item. How does this happen so often??? I love this place, the food is great, but there’s no way that 6 times out of 10 they always forget an item from my order.

Absolutely delicious! Michi’s Tacos never disappoints — the food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos are packed with quality ingredients, and you can tell everything is made with care. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast even when they’re busy. Highly recommend the Michi tacos! Definitely one of my go-to spots for authentic, mouthwatering Mexican food. ……. Bring back the michidog!!!!! lol

First time eating at Michi Taco, and I must say it was well worth it. I had the Michi Nachos, shareable as I was with another person. You got a choice of meat, so I added Carne. The carne was moist and tender with a good serving of cheeses, fresh salsa. Also, the chips and salsa you get initially, chips are crispy and delicious, coupled with the sweet and mildly spicy salsa, delicious. I definitely recommend Michi Taco if you are looking for a quaint little taco shop with good food, good service, and a quaint atmosphere.

Super expensive! Me & my boyfriend got food poisoning. $5 per taco is crazy! And if you want can soda cause it’s cheaper. They only have Diet Coke. And our server poor thing she kept forgetting everything.

Amazing! Great staff and service. The flavor of the food is out of this world and you have to keep in mind it is NOT traditional Mexican food. I had the Birria Burrito and the amazing flavor is still lingering in my mouth. Good prices for beers and the decor is so cool. I highly recommend trying it out!!! We will definitely be back again and again!
