Place gets a 3 because Mango aguachile has literally 4 slices of Mango regular slices ? What is the point of that can’t even put it in the tostada right, smh 2nd cashier asked to answer the question on the screen it was a tip obviously, I didn’t wanna be cheap left 18%, turned out to be 13$ dollar tip on 60$ ? Wow nice, not I wouldn’t have an issue but literally Noone brought us the food, the place was dead & the girl just shouting on the speaker for the number, why doesn’t she bring the food to the table? Asking for tip but can’t even bring the food to the table? This is a glorified food truck its all it is. My gf goes ND gets the food the cashier tells the girl if she can help her with the other tray (there where two) and she just acted like she didn’t hear and went to the back, smh lazy but yet there quick to ask for a tip for doing what ? Idk there job, they don’t provide any service here at all and food is basic. Your better off going to a food truck like this tbh place is huge for nothing probably pay lots in rent for that huge space when it’s all empty. Maybe that’s why they tax who knows.

The Baja fish tacos were delicious. We tried shrimp tacos and Baja style fish tacos. Everyone like the fish tacos the best. We also tried the red tacos. They were good too. There’s a parking lot with plenty of parking. This inside is huge and has a full bar in the back. There were tables and string lights outside.

Perhaps it was what I ordered, Baja Burrito with fish and shrimp, or what my sister ordered, which was a ceviche tostada that satisfied my hunger on this particular visit, but it was delicious. The staff was quick with the order and friendly and I liked the way they didn’t blast music all loud that you can’t have a conversation or just “Miches before Beaches” was a fun thing to say over and over to annoy my sister throughout our meal… great place to eat on a hot summer day, some items are pricey, seafood usually is… but I will be stopping by again.

Went to check out Miches De La Baja a few nights ago for a quick dinner run, and unfortunately, the food was not the best. I ordered shrimp tacos, ceviche, Aguachiles, and chips with guacamole. The tacos were gross, they were very soggy, and the tortilla was hard, and it was just not edible, the guacamole was super bland and had no flavor, the ceviche was good, but my stomach hurt after I ate it. The Aguachiles was probably the best thing we had out of everything. However, the customer service was fantastic. The guy that took our order greeted us right away. The restaurant itself was massive, and it looked like there was a lot of space for indoor dining. They also had space for outdoor dining. They have their private parking, which is great because you do not have to search for parking. I probably would not come back.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ambience nice, presentation of food behind the counter excellent. Food quality (we had California ceviche and five fried fish tacos) was overall okay.
