Hidden restaurant was hard to find. GPS was useless. Asked two pedestrian students for directions. 6.5 oz burger with fries $16.50 on a college campus. 2 Battered shrimp in a shrimp taco there were two tacos in the order. So 4 shrimp total. Don’t remember how much that was. Slow service in an empty dining room. French fries were good.

We ordered farro salad for lunch. Very desirable freshness and flavoring. Cheese is creamy, and the sweet potato is adequately cooked–not too mushy, not too chewy.

Food is consistently high quality. I recommend going on Wednesday evening to get a very good deal on burgers.

I ordered the Chopped Salad which was fresh and delicious. My server was very attentive and professional. The pricing as well as the quality and quantity of food was the best my entire time in Cleveland.

Been here a couple of times and our bad for having gone more than once. Even though they’re now only open for dinner when nearby Severance Hall has a performance, and even though we like apparently everyone else there during a recent visit had a reservation (in our case for 5:00, which is when they open), the place is a hot mess. Despite having a very limited menu, and our only ordering two cold salads, it was over an hour after we arrived before food showed up. We’d been helped by the waitress before and know that she is a hard working college student who is not to blame, but the so-called management is worse than useless and one of our two dishes even arrived lacking the title ingredient! Severance Hall closed its own restaurant with COVID, and there are very few places in the area, but just about any take-out spot on nearby Euclid Ave. can do better than M&M!

Had the crispy Malaysian chicken sandwich and fries. Well balance of crunchy slaw, tender chicken and crispy coating. Sweet flavor, could have been a bit spicier for me. Food was hot when it arrived. No desserts on the current menu… downer. Service was excellent. Server was kind. This location is central within Case Western Reserve University.

We had made a reservation, hostess couldn’t find it but there were tables available, they were not busy. It took 20 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted a drink and then another half hour for someone to take our orders. We each ordered an appetizer, they came 15 minutes apart. My husband’s calamari was fine, my hummus was bland. Our mains were okay. I ordered fish tacos, the flour tortillas were a bit scorched and my fish was overcooked and chewy .My husband’s sandwich and fries were okay.

Food gets a “3” because my dish was fine, but my husband’s chopped chicken salad had no chicken! We told our very nice server, who tried to get us some help, but to no avail. Management really should have comped us for the incomplete dish. Next time we go to the symphony, we will eat at the Cleveland Museum of Art.

I remember this restaurant from years ago, and I’m fairly certain that it used to be its own standalone location near campus. Now located inside of the student center, it’s the fanciest cafeteria food I’ve ever eaten. This is not a compliment. First off, the server was delightful. My poor dining experience was not at all a reflection of her. The food at this place was absolutely dreadful. I was immediately suspicious when I walked in and noticed that everyone was eating salads and drinking water. Healthy, perhaps. A safe choice, most definitely. I ordered the special which were fish tacos. The tortillas were greasy, the fish used was frozen and void of any type of seasoning. News flash Michelson and Morley, a little salt and pepper goes a long way. The topping/salsa was entirely too sweet, and the whole dish tasted like the refrigerator that it came from. If there is no salt and pepper in the kitchen, I’m sure there’s no baking soda in the fridge to absorb foul odors which inevitably seep into the food. On top of all of this, the worst offense was the barely fresh microgreens on the side of the plate. The salad was topped with pickled onions, which I’m sure came from a jar, and nothing else. There was no dressing, no lemon juice or olive oil atop the salad. When the server finally came back to check on us, and I expressed my discontent with the meal, she explained that the salad on the side was for “decoration.” If it’s not meant to be eaten it doesn’t belong on the plate. I didn’t send back my meal, rather I chose to let them throw away the slop that was supposed to be my lunch. A word to the manager: the food service on this campus is probably provided by Aramark. The folks who opt to pay a bit more for their lunch shoud be awarded with a tastier experience. Do better!

We really enjoy this restaurant. One minor complaint is that they have a quite pitiful beer select, and the coffee is not very hot. But small issues. The food is great!
