Used them twice for carry out to my son’s birthday parties just down the road at SportHQ. They are reliable, great value and delicious pizza! Pizzas were always ready on time and the staff is friendly. The kids love the cheese and pepperoni. I love getting the specialty pizzas — the taco pizza, buffalo chicken and the veggie (it has green olives which makes my midwestern roots super happy). Much better than chain pizza places.

Order was made 2 hrs before delivery. Of course it was cold. Contacted the shop, the manager who refused to disclose his name was so rude and nasty. Quick at the mouth and confident nasty liar. He hung up on me stating I cursed him out when I NEVER uttered one curse word. I expressed several times, I wasn’t trying to give a hard time, I just needed the information as we are new here. I asked him to apologize for lying saying I cursed at him and he declined. He said my voice was loud, as were somewhat true out of frustration where he hung up the phone on me 6xs for me requesting information how to get a refund. By default, the 3rd time, I’m highly upset bc I don’t understand why he refused to help. He told me he didn’t know how to process a refund that he couldn’tdo it. “Go through the app.” I tried several times to explain I never went through an app, but through the direct website. He continuously hung up on me. It was just unnecessary and unprofessional. He went on a rant how he’s worked in pizza shops over 20yrs. Had absolutely nothing to do with my order or me trying to gather information. Marriana was very kind. She processed the refund he claimed he couldn’t and apologized for his behavior. She should be the manager bc this guy had absolutely no self control. Worst experience ever. It was for my kids. Very disappointed. Order was placed at 3:05. Delivered at 5pm. Attempted to post receipts. Not seeing where I can upload.

I had this pizza randomly in a hotel and really enjoyed it. Ordered again today and it’s just a really really good simple delicious pizza. I love it. My top 3 pizza right now is this place and assagios in fuquay. Both are fantastic.

I have eaten here multiple times both in the restaurant and taking their product home. I was extremely disappointed today. There was no toilet paper in the ladies room and enough in the men’s room for one person to use. When I mentioned it to the gal at the counter she said she was sorry they were out. They might get a delivery tomorrow. Hello, Harris Teeter is three doors down, if I owned or manage this place, I would be running to Harris Teeter to purchase toilet paper for my customers. The bathrooms could use some attention and three of the five tables had no napkins. The pizza is fantastic, but more detail needs to be paid to customer atmosphere.

We didn’t even get to try the food because the owner or employee, not sure which, was extremely rude and disrespectful. We just wanted something to eat but everthing in the plaza was closed and it was around 1030ish. I asked if they were still open and he sarcastically said that he doesn’t know but the sign says open. Then he proceeds to to walk straight into the back. When I ask if he is the owner he asks what is my problem and says I shouldn’t be asking stupid questions. Many places have had an open sing on, but been closed around that time in my experience. I was only trying to support a local business but instead I was greeted with sarcasm, terrible attitude, and even disrespect. Must be a northerner and I can say that because I am from up North as well but I don’t use sarcasm or disrespect unless I am ready to fight. At least he didn’t take it that far because I was ready to put hands and feet on him. Sucks because I am new to this neighborhood and was hoping to try a new pizza place.
