The birria tacos were hot and good. I didn’t care for the corn tortillas shell but it was still good. However, the dipping sauce was not. It is very oily. I only tasted oil and no seasoning or flavor of the sauce. I asked for lime so that gave it a little bit of a better flavor.

Customer service was great.

The place is small like a bar and few tables. There were several people at the bar with their back to main room. No one greeted me or asked me to take a seat. I had to ask if I can have a seat at any table. The waitress was nice but I felt like I was in the wrong environment. The food I ordered was good but it makes presentation. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

First time I visited this place was over a year ago. At that time I had tacos and quesadillas. Definitely worth a try. It was also my first experience trying Ceviche (not in the menu) and my palates opened up to new tastes and gladly nothing I would be regretting.

This time we ventured into something from the menu and I’m happy to say they have gotten better. I will definitely be visiting them again soon. We tried following:
Chiles Rellenos
Chicken fajitas
Burrito Regular
Bistec a la Mexicana

Pros – Amazing management, open to suggestions on variation of menu or make adjustments to dish to your liking, and one of my favorite Mexican places now.
Cons – For city folks, not in an area where you would find other things to go unless you are on your way to Cobb County DDS for your license.

10+ stars! Authentic Little Mexican Restaurant! I Ordered Shrimp Cocktail for Lunch and it was loaded with awesomeness! Served in a big soup bowl, so more goodies to have! Big shrimp in every bite! And they have a unique salsa with chips! Yummy spicy! Will come back most definitely!

The drink I ordered didn’t taste good so I asked if I could swap it out with another and the waitress said no… When the check came she refused to take it off even though again I didn’t want the drink.

I was craving pozole today on my way home from work. I know how to make it at home but I didn’t want to wait since it could take a few hours to cook. This was delicious! When I got home I noticed it was missing a few of the toppings that usually come with the dish. But I had some at home so I was able to add them. I will definitely be ordering this again.

I got the fajitas. Nice amount of meat but I guess I’m used to more than just a spoonful of rice and refried beans on the side. No guac, no real sour cream, no pico… The meat itself seemed a little tough. They were served with 3 handmade corn tortillas and those were very nice! But, then again, the salsa doesn’t taste like it’s made in-house.

For the price and service and taste, I think la Parilla is better just my opinion. I also prefer the micheladas at La Fonda (which are also a dollar cheaper, just sayin).

There was nothing offensive about my experience, but the food or drinks didn’t wow me either.

Ngl bro, the horchata tastes like alcohol, also like if it was from 3 or 4 days ago. The pieces of meat were extra huge, it could barely fit in my mouth. The waitress does not have a paper to take the order of the clients so that’s why she messes up with the orders.
