Unpretentious restaurant providing NYC-style pizza, pasta, subs & other Italian bites.

Server was good. Food made fresh to order. Alfredo was homemade. Spaghetti sauce was homemade. Good portions. Salad was fresh, dressing was good. Tea was good. Place was clean. Bathrooms were cleaned and clearly marked. Will DEFINITELY be back when we come back for vaycay. I think we found a gem for Italian.

We were looking for a local place to eat. They have New York style pizza, which was really good. We had a large Mega. Waitress was excellent, accommodated our special topping request. They have Pepsi products, not Coke. We would go again.

We were starving and needed a fast walking distance place to brunch. We love to visit local dinner places while traveling. Great food and excellent service! Our server, Dee, was incredibly friendly, kind and attentive throughout our visit. We ordered pizza, angel hair pasta with meatballs, and mozzarella sticks, everything was fresh and delicious. We are glad we decided to stop by Michael’s Pizza during our stay in Myrtle Beach!

We stopped in to grab a pizza to go, called ahead, which made the purchase and wait easy. Greeted outside by the staff who was on a smoke break, didn’t mind it but really should be out back or away from business entrance. We ordered the Margherita pizza and looked hot and fresh. Lacking a lot of flavor and taste. I’m disappointed but will try again in the future.

Stopped here while traveling, and very glad we did! Dee the waitress was amazing, so nice and attentive. We ordered the mega calzone, Stromboli, grilled chicken sub and penne ala vodka with shrimp. All of it tasted amazing, we were very pleased. Great flavor, temperature and plenty of food! Atmosphere is very pleasant. We will be coming back if we are in the area again.

(PROS) Friendly waitress and the chef salad was awesome.
(CONS) The large mega pizza was not cheesy AT ALL. The toppings wouldn’t stay on the pizza because there wasn’t much cheese on it. I had to knock 2 stars off for that because we mainly came for the pizza.
The garlic parmesan wings had no flavor. They just taste like wings sitting in olive oil with parmesan cheese sprinkled on them.
I would try Michael’s again but I would probably just stick to the salads and the garlic cheese bread. Pass on the pizza

Ordered an Italian sub, tomatoes and mozzarella and Greek salad. All we’re absolutely fantastic. I’d oder again from for sure. When I called in the order, the gentleman was very nice and repeated back the order. Order came pretty quick. The order was 100 correct. Great food!

One of the better pizza places around Myrtle Beach. Nothing jumped out as unique and the crust was a little on the under-done side. I will say, don’t sleep on the Stromboli. That was the highlight of my experience! The service was genuine and the atmosphere is similar to most casual Italian restaurants. Worth stopping by if you’re near the beach.

The chicken alfredo pizza was very good and a bit of a more unique menu item. I even asked them to throw some extra Italian herbs on top and they fulfilled my request; that genuinely made me smile.
The spaghetti sauce was a bit watery and lacked depth, so perhaps some cheese or something would make the dish taste more complete. However, the meatballs were very good.
The staff inside were pleasant and even called me by my name as I was picking up my order, which I believe is a first. The food was also extremely hot and was packaged well enough that it was still piping to the touch by the time I got back to my hotel 10-15 minutes later. Overall, I’d probably give 4.5 stars if possible, but I’m feeling nice so I’ll round up for the purposes of this review. I would definitely eat here again!
