Spent $90 on food and gave a $10 tip to deliver maybe 3 blocks. Ordered 3 pizzas, and 4 orders of bread sticks. They made 1 pizza wrong. When we called to tell them and requested the correct pizza to be delivered. They said no problem. But called back a few minutes later and said they wanted the wrong pizza back. Like we were lying. It was obvious the peppers were not on the pizza. 4 people My 1st time buying from them and definitely my last. You messed up my order and accused me of lying. Horrible customer service. And the pizza wasn’t that great either. Especially for the pice.

We ordered 2 deluxe Stromboli’s and a deluxe ham and cheese. AWESOME!!! Best sandwich for the money we have had in YEARS!!! Definitely will be on our repeat list. Service was great and food was hot and fresh. Large sausage patty and plenty of cheese and veggies, reminds me of a pizza shop years ago in Logan.

Ordered pizza last night. Given a pick up time of 35 mins, which is pretty good. Went to pick up and hadn’t even started it. The kids in charge didn’t seem to care at all. Canceled order and left. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Leaving your business in the hands of kids to run with no accountability is a fail.

Worst service I’ve ever had! Deep dish pizza was ok, but the wings didn’t have any sauce! Ordered online at 4:15 for 6:30 carry out. Arrived at 6:35, was ignored for a few minutes., then was told it would be 30min for the wings cuz they just turned the fryer on!! Order was paid for online, and they made no attempt to fix the issue. So I wait. 15min later I have wings, no apology and I left very unhappy. Get home and the wings have no sauce I will not be back

I ordered a pizza with breadsticks and an extra cup of cheese at 4:38 for delivery. I called at 5:50 asking where the pizza was, they said that it would be here soon. They said 45 min and took 1.5 hrs. Pizza was burnt! Was worst pizza we had gotten from them! Wasn’t worth the $25

Pizza is very good…. HOWEVER, Tonight we ordered a pizza for delivery. It literally 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. Spoke with owner about the issue, and he simply argued about the timeframe of our order. Not even a “sorry” for the inconvenience or a refund. Terrible Service.

Hey +Myra Cover Michael’s pizza doesn’t have lettuce and they don’t put tomatoes on the chicken sandwich. Never has and never will. Guess what it comes with chicken and cheese! As far as the rest of your review if you think you actually ordered something they don’t have then the rest of the review is not suprising. Unfortunately there is no screening process to go through before you’re allowed to trash someones business.
