we were greeted my the amazing Chef Michael, and were served the most delicious food in Galion. Gumbo, PO Boy, shrimp cocktail, Chicken Alfredo , shrimp and scallop pasta….you must come try this fantastic restaurant

I had one of the daily specials. The chicken pot pie with two sides was a great value. The pot pie came out hot and fresh and was delicious and filling. My side of mashed potatoes with gravy was also hot, fresh and delicious and my side salad was good as well. Service was friendly and attentive. The chill in the dining area would be my only complaint on a cold day.

I insisted we eat at Michael’s last night for an early birthday dinner (since he’s playing golf on my actual birthday – I compromised as usual ; ) He had always resisted because he heard it was too pricey.
I found the menu items to be very reasonable and a nice variety to choose from. We got the Clams and Perch
dinners and shared them along with hand cut fries(asked for them crispy -yum) and onion rings. All were just delicious. Best Perch I’ve had in a long time. Loved the homemade Macaroni Salad, fresh made tarter sauce and cocktail sauce. I know that sounds odd to mention but when you have delicious seafood you want delicious sauces to go with them.

Food was good, particularly the fresh cut fries, which were awesome. They were perfect with a little malted vinegar added. The burger was good, but not great. It was a little busy when we got there, so it took a little longer than I’d normally expect to get served. But I’ll definitely go back, and next time I’ll get some ice cream… It looked really good!

Waitress was very nice and friendly. But I had the NY Strip, that was way too undercooked for my liking, seasoning was way too strong. My sides we’re good and fresh. Food is not worth the high price in my opinion.

Mediocre at best. Incredibly overpriced and it’s pretty obvious the food is coming from a bulk foods distributor. My second (and FINAL) trip there was one of the most abysmal experiences I’ve had in decades…and I went to the front section. Being the ONLY customer in there, I was very surprised that it took 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence, and the one person who did (big guy) merely stuck his head around the wall from the kitchen and told me someone would be right with me. Another 5 minutes passed before someone else showed up to take my order. Apparently, this poor gal was inconvenienced by me, and acted as though my being there was a bother (and clearly doesn’t have a clue how to make a milkshake).
As this was my second trip there, I can tell that the front side staff are poorly trained and simply don’t care about providing a pleasant service (the first time I went there were 4 very young kids trying to figure out my order).
It seems strange to me that this super expensive food would be so unremarkable, and represented by a group of youngsters who don’t know what they’re doing.
There’s a LOT of room for improvement and I will not be going back a third time

Had a “chicken pot pie” the filling appeared and tasted to be poured out of a can and warmed in the microwave. There was no crust. It was something like a cracker on top about a quarter of the size of the bowl. The service was excellent, but now I know why there are never any cars in the parking lot.

I got a grilled ham n cheese that had everything else on it but ham n cheese. It was replaced with a decent sandwich of very good ham but the american cheese was a third of the size of the sandwich itself. I don’t think I’ll be going back. The waitress was so nice and professional that I left a nice tip.

The fries are delicious. The shredded chicken sandwich was the best I’d ever had the first time I tried it. Second time it was more like a chunked chicken sandwich and very sloppy. Third time I tried the footling Coney with mustard, ketchup, and relish. There was so much mustard on it I couldn’t taste anything else and it was the smallest footlong hotdog I’ve ever saw. Expensive, too.

Used to go here all of the time under previous owners. This was our first time under new owners. Plenty choices on menu. Prices reasonable. I ordered shrimp and had a huge portion. We will be going back.
