We ordered a medium pizza. Half supreme meat and veggies and half tomato sauce and veggies only, no cheese, vegan. We also confirmed that it was understood and asked them if we needed to explain it further. The female on the phone said, “No, we got it.”
We had it delivered, tipped the driver, and when we opened the box, there was cheese on everything.
We immediately called and asked how cheese got loaded on the entire pizza. The same female told me it was a communication error. We asked how ordering a vegan side of pizza with only sauce and veggies was confusing.
She said they would remake the pizza, but they wanted the delivered pizza back first. Just ridiculous.
We will not be ordering from this Michelangelos again. The Michelangelo s in Swansboro gets it right THE FIRST TIME!!!

Our Buffalo chicken pizza was AMAZING! Only gave 4 stars because it really is pricey. $21 bucks and some change for one small pizza. It really was SO delicious though!

Yeah, so I just got a cheesesteak from there. It was dynamite not been there in a while. Next time I’m getting pepperoni blended in with it I would recommend this place live right down the road. We’ll be there again.

Food has always been pretty good, we go often, but yesterday I was quite disappointed to see how filthy the dining area was. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. They could pay a cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning once a month in the dining area and it would look so much better. It does make a customer wonder what the kitchen/prep area looks like…..

I was disappointed to get a slice of pizza much much smaller than usual. I would say almost half the usual size. For $5.50!
I thought about this when they handed me the bag and felt like there was nothing in it.
I think it was because of the way they cut it. If you’re going to sell slices they should be the same size!! I wish I could attach a pic. Pathetic. They should have caught this.
If it happens again I won’t go back.

This is so unappealing!! It appears you had left over pizza and threw some cheese on it and reheated it in the oven. I get trying to save money and cutting food costs however this is terrible guys. You don’t do it at your guests expense!!

The girl at the register was texting on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge me to let me order until she was done texting and seemed annoyed I was there to order? This place used to be a family favorite but the people they are hiring and making this place go downhill fast.

Had a large supreme pizza, fried mushrooms, and 4 drinks. Cost over $80 for the meal. Way overpriced, in my opinion. The food was OK, but I’ll not be going back. Who on earth would’ve thought it would cost that much!? And conveniently, the prices for the supreme are marked out, so you have no idea the price until you pay. For this, I have a huge issue because there is no way to know what they charge beforehand. Do better and be better, and stop charging an arm and a leg for pizza!
