We had such a wonderful experience at Michael Angelo’s Bakery! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Irene, who took such great care of us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed.
We ordered beautiful cupcakes for my son’s birthday, and they were not only absolutely gorgeous but also delicious! We also picked up a sourdough loaf, and it was fresh and full of flavor — some of the best we’ve had.
You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their baked goods. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend

My family and I have been loyal customers for over 15 years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. The cakes are visually beautiful, but the quality, customer service, and responsiveness have all gone downhill significantly. They can barely answer a phone. The most recent cake I ordered was awful, so much so that several guests commented on it. The filling has clearly changed, and there was no communication about this change. A little heads up would have been nice especially for those that have been long term customers. I ended up throwing away more than half of the cake that’s how terrible it was. I was embarrassed! Given the recent surge of negative reviews, it’s clear this place isn’t somewhere you should do business at. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this bakery. Go Elsewhere!

Purchased online a baptism cake and an Oreo, macaroon, brownie tray. Got a call a day later I didn’t pick the cake flavor (I did). Then my mom went to pick up my stuff- she calls me to confirm order and we realize they gave me a full macaroon tray. They quickly fixed that and I thought nothing of it. She comes to give me my stuff and I realize the cake is not the one I chose- just a plain cake. At this point they are closed and my even is the next day. I’m beyond annoyed as it totally ruins my baptism theme. I call them the day of my event at 7 am and was very annoyed at the situation. So much stress for absolutely no reason. They ended up having the cake I picked ready by 1030 but even that cake was bare bones as I’ve purchased this cake twice before for my 2 other kids. I don’t understand how the got every single piece of this order incorrectly. Everything was spelled out in the online order. Waste of my time and mental space

We arrived at Michelangelo’s Winery at 7:15 p.m. and were looking forward to a nice evening. We ordered a pizza along with several other dishes. Unfortunately, our pizza took more than two hours to arrive.
While we understand that restaurants can get busy, a two-hour wait for a pizza is excessive, especially when other items had already been served. We have been here several times before and have always enjoyed our visits, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Because of this, we will now have to reconsider whether we will be coming back.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Michael Angelo’s cassata cake, but I was incredibly disappointed, and frankly embarrassed, by what I recently purchased and served for my dad’s 71st birthday.
For $45, I expected the classic cassata cake I’ve always known from them: layers of creamy custard and fresh strawberries. Instead, I received a cake filled with strawberry jelly, completely lacking in flavor and actual fruit. The custard layer was thin and not the creamy texture you would expect. It was stiff, likely due to the gelatin in the jelly. I even let the cake sit out for 30 minutes before cutting it.
There was no clear indication of this major recipe change unless you happened to notice a sign on the display case, according to the manager. When I asked for a cassata cake, the staff said nothing about it being different. Had I known, I absolutely would not have purchased it. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing half of it away.
When I called today to share my feedback, I was told that if I wanted the traditional cassata cake with fresh strawberries, it needed to be ordered one week in advance. If that is the case, then this should be clearly communicated to customers, especially since the current version was changed only a few months ago. I suggested either updating the name to reflect what is actually being sold or having staff inform customers of the change at the time of purchase. For the price being paid, this is a reasonable expectation. Although the manager listened, she did not seem particularly concerned.
I was under the impression I was purchasing a cassata cake. What I received was not. At best, it was a strawberry jelly and custard cake, and unfortunately, not an enjoyable one. This was an extremely disappointing experience from a bakery I once trusted and recommended.

One of the worst bakeries i have ever been to! Not authentic Italian at all! Not sure how they make their canolis, but its just not right. Tastes more like a cheap cool whip filling than an authentic ricotta filling. Definitely not a real canoli. Casata cakes arent authentic either! Honestly, I dont think they have any idea what a Real Canoli even is, but think they need to take an education trip to learn! The pizza seemed like it was sitting out at room temp for 3 days. Have no options, like you see at other authentic bakeries. It was so bad, we had to just throw it away! Everything in there was absurdly over priced for the poor low “Fake Italian” quality. Bad parking, poor store layout, blah, blah, blah. Just wasn’t impressed at all. Keep driving past if you are looking for high quality authentic Italian bakery! This is definitely NOT it!

Once again, Michaelangelo’s Bakery has completely impressed with their birthday cake creation! We’ve used them for so many events and I cannot say enough about how gorgeous the cakes are – but (maybe) even more importantly, how DELICIOUS they are! A few of the cakes over the years are in the photos! Thank you for making us a beautiful and delicious cake again!!

Ordered a cassata cake. They could not find the order. After waiting about 15 minutes, they came out with a chocolate cake Happy Birthday Rick. This was an order a year ago and Rick is deceased. The Happy Birthday was those already plastic cake put on. It was a good thing my sister (her Deceased husband) did not come to pick up this order.
After another 20 minutes or so, they finally found the cake. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience. But an order pulled a year ago? Strangest experience with the bakery

I purchased two cakes to have for my children’s birthday parties. My drive to the bakery is a little over 40 minutes, and I decided to make the long drive 40 minutes there, pick the cakes up, and then drive 40 minutes back home on the day I’m hosting a birthday party, because I thought the quality of your cakes was worth it. Upon arriving to the bakery it was very busy and I had to wait in a long line to get the cakes, so by the time I got to the register I couldn’t afford to spend any additional time there for someone to correct the visible error I saw–two rainbow design cakes, not the purple one I ordered, and the second one only had a generic “Happy Birthday” on it, not the names I specified in my order. As I mentioned, I didn’t have any time to spare, so I said I would take the cakes as is and an employee did kindly refund the purple cake order. While I was disappointed, I decided it wasn’t worth getting upset about and continued with my day. I did, however, become upset when we cut into the cake that night during the birthday party and found that the cake I drove an hour and a half for was not even the strawberry cassata cake that I ordered but rather red velvet, a flavor neither myself nor my kids even like.
I don’t understand how this could have happened and it seems very careless to mess someone’s order up that significantly. Not only was this wasted money of mine, but it was wasted time. I reached out to the bakery directly to share about this experience over a week ago and they did not bother to respond, so I am posting this to warn others of the careless practice of business at this establishment.
