It used to be really good. Still has very nice staff and service. The food prep has been a disappointment recently. I made 3 visits in the last month, disappointed in all three. (1) sausgage/peppers parm sandwich: soggy, roll split through bottom, soaking wet peppers. I saw them microwaving the sausage before finishing it off on the grill. Didn’t think much of it, until I got it home, and it tasted like microwaved mush. Four bites and threw it out. First three bites didn’t have sausage. (2) slice with pepperoni, near closing, tasted like it was sitting around all day, not just an hour or so. (3) slice of sausage around 1pm. Soggy and barely warm in all the wrong places. Might wait a while before going back, if at all.

Best Pizza in SP. I get takeout from Michellis almost every Friday and am always happy with everything from them. They’re a really nice small business and I appreciate their hours as I don’t get done work till late.

Food is good but made an hour drive down and called 20 mins before arrival for a pickup order which was 2 pasta dishes and 2 calamari’s. I was told it would take 20 minutes, but after arriving I waited 35 minutes. 20 minutes into waiting I was told they did not have calamari and they were boxing the pasta. Took another 10-15 to receive the pasta dishes. Not quite sure what happened, but the lady at the front was nice and offered us a free dessert.

I have loved the food here for years… However, I had family in town for a wedding and ordered from a motel. They wanted to charge me 30$ for a pizza that is on the website for 15. Do NOT order from a motel or you might get the same response.

I hate to complain but when I called to express my concern I was basically met with “so what” so I’ll share my story in an effort to keep someone else from the same fate – 5 hungry people, 24 pieces of dry chicken and only a few tablespoons of sauce!!! We stopped in to pick up some buffalo wings and requested the sauce on the side. When we arrived home we found that for 24 pieces of chicken they only include 2 small containers of sauce and one small container of blue cheese. Incidentally, that is the same amount of sauce they provide for a 12 piece chicken so 12 and 24 pieces of chicken get the same 2 small containers of sauce and one container of blue cheese. So moral of the story is if you buy chicken here with sauce on the side buy extra sauce or go to a normal grill that provides adequate sauce. It is good chicken like any other place, the sauce is good too just not enough and very poor service. (Picture below is of the one container of sauce you get with 12 piece chicken!!! Ketchup to reference size.)
EDIT 8/10/21: last time we got wings here we did the sauce on the wings and there was plenty, changed my stars to 3!
EDIT 7/18/23: changing the starts to 4 since we’ve eaten there a few times and service is better and the prices are good compared to OC fare.

This is a favorite place for us. We get take out but the food is always hot and delicious. Tonight I ordered Large Chef Salad and it was awsum!! I recommend the salad to anyone looking for a cold entree
