I haven’t been back in over year, and lots of (good!) changes. The menu expanded but also simplified. Also, they now take credit card!
They renovated the space, and it has a cool, hip vibe. There are some surprising new menu items, and I plan to return to try it.
Went here after church with my two goddaughters, and we tried the fried calamari. We noted how the sauce reminded them of the sauce used for the Filipino Shanghais, and the calamari was light and crunchy. While we enjoyed it, I would not order again, but plan on trying their wings or Dominican fried cheese next time.
My goddaughters got a pork banh mi and a pork chop dish. They enjoyed it a lot. I order the bun bo hue; the soup was flavorful, the noodles slippery, and the meat was good. If I could have just the soup with these noodles, I would be a happy camper.

Mia’s Vietnamese Cuisine has become one of our go-to spots for a night out since it opened. The quality of both the food and the service is consistently excellent. The owner always greets us with a warm, genuine smile, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. My favorite dishes are Pho #9 with sliced beef and the egg rolls.

Today I decided to try something different and got the pomegranate refresher (so good!!) and the Bun Bo Hue. I subbed pho noodles since the original noodles are thicker (not quite udon-thick, more like spaghetti), and I just wasn’t in the mood for thick noodles today. The broth was super flavorful (I literally didn’t even need to add anything else to it). I always end up burning my tongue here because I’m too excited to eat and the food comes out hot, which I honestly love. It can get a little loud sometimes, but it’s never taken away from the experience. Overall, consistently great food and vibes–one of my jersey favorite when I’m in this area.

I have the privilege of saying I have been visiting this wonderful establishment for the past years all the way back when it was “Pho99”. Seeing the place evolve into today’s “Mia’s” is a real treat. Speaking of treat the food is and always has been phenomenal. Everything there is always so fresh! My go to order is usually their large beef bowl (P1) however every now and then I will switch it up and get a bahn mi with a side of their spring rolls! You must try their Passion fruit tea! Along with the great food I must point out my experience there is always a great one. Mia and her staff are incredible Hosts! I may just be a customer but they make me feel like a guest. I live a distance away but I make time visit for my fix when I can. I wish Google had more stars I can give. Thank you Mia and staff!

I was craving Vietnamese and Mia delivered! Everything was super fresh and crisp and plentiful and delicious. I got the tofu vermicelli and the tofu was some of the best I’ve had in a while. The taro tea was thick and sweet and had tons of boba. The egg rolls are not to be skipped. So crunchy! So flavorful! I came hungry and ate until I was stuffed and still have leftovers for two more meals. The atmosphere was comfortable and fun and not too loud. The server was attentive without being overbearing. The only issue I can see is that this place isn’t packed – everyone should eat here all the time.

The sandwich was perfect: the baguette was perfectly crusty on the outside and soft inside, and the filling was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Every bite was delicious.
