This cafe is in a small strip mall. They have a very friendly staff and serve breakfast and lunch. I stopped by for breakfast and was not disappointed. I got a 2 egg and country ham breakfast with cheese grits. The country ham was great and the toast was surprisingly good. It wasn’t your typical white bread and it wasn’t full on multigrain. It was delicious though. I would highly recommend this place.

We are from out of town and this is our first time in the southern states. Mia’s Cafe’s food was really good and service was great. We were seated right away despite having a party of 6 which includes 2 kids. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the Biscuit with Sausage Gravy and a side of bacon. The Biscuit was flaky and buttery, not at all salty (like I’ve had back home) the gravy was really good, too. All the ones I’ve had back home have been heavy and gloopy, and this was just right all around. I really enjoyed the whole meal.

Mia’s Cafe is FANTASTIC! Great food, well proportions and reasonably priced. Jose and his crew are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way for the customer. They also have (extra hot) hot sauce. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch.

UPDATE: We’ve been back several times. The staff is so friendly. We’re greeted with multiple smiles. Still not keen on the booth seating if someone’s behind us, but they’re usually leaving shortly after we arrive.

I got there before 11a on a Sunday and was told they’re no longer serving breakfast. The whole reason I went was for their advertised breakfast, but I decided to give their lunch a try anyway. It didn’t take long to get seated. Be warned it is noisy, if you have anyone in your party who is sound-sensitive. It has a concrete floor, they play Americana 50s-ish music, and it’s a casual environment where everyone speaks loud enough to be heard at their table over the music and room noise.

My son and I walked into the restaurant, was welcome with a big smile, and seated right away. I ordered the country fried steak breakfast which was all cooked fresh and delicious. They made a Micky mouse pancake for my son which he enjoyed. I tasted the pancakes and they were light and fluffy. Great pancakes! The customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be going back.
