My friend and I stopped in before doing a day of light shopping and pampering. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was fun, and the people were so friendly!
I got the wontons in chili oil, chicken noodle soup, and crab ragoons and they were soooo good! My friend did the golden sour beef noodle soup and the animal bun (egg custard) for desert, and said it was amazing! We WILL be going back to try all of the dishes.

I’m surprised to not have seen anyone really mention the newly opened Mian in the Southmoor Park region of Denver.
We swung by for a quick bite today- they boast having fresh noodles, and offer a variety of broths like classic beef noodle soup, tom yum, beef sour, and even chongqing oil noodles.
Their noodles are nicely chewy, bouncy & well textured! I do find the salad toppings pretty odd – but, good to get your veg in, I guess!

Great experience! Lots of good options. Staff is super friendly. The restaurant is very clean. They were playing fun upbeat music that just made it an extra fun experience. The staff was super friendly. Would highly recommend trying! We will be back soon. No photos of food because we dived right in but we got the signature beef noodle soup, chow mein, and potstickers – all were 10/10!

We really enjoyed Mian. It is a fast casual noodle and dim sum location. Seating is limited but we had no problem getting a spot. The noodles we fresh and chewy with a really good texture. The flavor was overall solid. Well worth a trip to try this place out.

The guy who said it was “white people spicy” must have covid. Surprisingly the dan dan noodles have the authentic tongue numbing sichuan spice. The Chongqing noodles had a pleasant flavor but deserve some meat in them. The sour beef soup is totally spicy and addictive. Charge a little more and add bok choy instead of salad greens would be great. You could also replace the out of place kimchi and seaweed salad on the menu with some wok green beans or choy sum.

Newer noodle bar with a Sichuan focus. It was a bit slow at night so my noodles were freshly prepared quickly. Seemingly authentic flavors that I will have to go back for more of.

10/10. Got the chili oil wontons and mapo tofu noodle, it was elite. Pictures can’t do it justice.
Otherwise service was very good and seating was ample. Deserves much more foot traffic.

It was my first time in and I asked for a recommendation. The person at the counter recommended the gyudon beef noodles and the textures were perfect, but I wish it had more flavor. I’ll definitely come back and try something with spice. They also have a good variety of bottled Asian drinks! I got the honey iced tea and loved it.

Clean, nice design, simple and neat. Food was delicious and spicy!!! Love that it was the real spice level! However, the meat and noodles portion were small compared to other noodle bars around. The spring salad almost confused me, but remembered when I lived in China so it was a pleasant surprise to see another green vegetable other than just bokchoy.
Waaay too much soup broth for such little noodles ! finished it all in like 3-4 bites and I paused in between.
The other takeaway was the fact that none of the tables are set up and there are a ton of plastic utensils options and no filtered tap.
Otherwise I do think I’ll try one other soup another time. Also not as many dumpling options here just fyi!
