This review is purely pertaining to beer. Any other facet of the store I cannot speak for as I don’t drink wine or liquor. All beer is cold stored here, which is a huge plus. They also have a date stamp on the price tag that tells you the date the product hit shelves. It may not be a bottle date, but for telling how long something has been sitting, it is indispensable. I wish more bottle shops would take note. Selection is good, with a great variety. Only downside is the amount of old stock taking up space preventing them from getting more new stuff and more variety. All in all, one of the best beer shops north of town.
Update: they’ve managed to get rid of most of the old stock and they’ve further diversified the selection. This is my favorite place in town to buy packaged beer.

Employees have always been friendly and helpful with recommendations. Each time, I’ve left happy and with what I was looking for and sometimes more. It’s definitely one of better Wine & Spirits shops around. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Got there and they were just closed early. No explanation given. On whats surely one of the most important days of the year to a business like this it’s really just confusing I guess? At least 5 or 6 other cars pulled up and left in the 5 minutes I sat here.

Bought a bottle of The Burning Chair bourbon marked for $31.49 on their discount rack. I got home and noticed I was charged $66.99 for that bottle. I bought 4 different bottles, so I didn’t notice the cost difference at the time of purchase. Once I realized their mistake, I called to get the difference credited back to my card. They won’t honor their mistake and correct this. The only resolution they offered me is to bring the bottle back for a refund or keep it at that price. I’m to waste my time with this task of driving 60 miles round trip to the store and fruitless phone conversations just so they can have the resolution they want. Someone made a mistake, just own it.

Awesome little store and the employees are very helpful. I drink a very specific Milwaukee beer, and these folks go out of their way to accommodate my bi yearly order. Excellent customer service.
