Miami Slice inside the Fountainebleau food hall is perfect for a quick bite while traversing the Las Vegas Strip. They sell pizza by the slice and pie, which is very convenient. The pepperoni has hot honey for both a sweet and spicy flavor profile. The mushroom truffle is delicious too.

Amazing pizza that has us craving it from 5 hours away in Phoenix. The pepperoni with the upgraded stracciatella is HIGHLY worth the upgrade. They no longer are allowed to put it ON the pizza and it’s a shame. The owners should DEFINITELY bring that back! Josephine was a delight at the register. We’ll be back.

It’s in a food court so the vibe isn’t incredible, but the pizza is. Crispy crust, solid toppings and variety, and reasonable (for Vegas) pricing. Fast and friendly service too! Pizza was piping hot when I demolished it.

Finally tried this place at Fountainbleu food hall. We order 4 slices (margarita x2, pepperoni proper, and spicy vodka sausage). The pepperoni and spicy vodka weren’t too spicy and okay for most kids. You can ask for the hot honey on-the-side. The sauce is spot-on and crust has a good crisp/soft dough-like center. It is one of the better pizzas in Vegas. I would definitely come back when in the area.

Great spot in the Fontainebleau food court for a quick pizza fix. Slices are crispy and firm — no flop — and full of flavor. I had the Margherita De La Casa and my friend had the Pepperoni Proper, both with all the kicks. They forgot the hot honey on my friend’s slice but fixed it fast. A bit of a wait in line, but worth it. Still partial to Secret Pizza, but this is a solid choice if you’re already at Fontainebleau.

First time eating here and we enjoyed our meals. Actually they really only serve slices and whole pizzas, but they’re good quality. Was hoping they sold salads but it is what it is. I got the bacon leek pizza and it was unique and tasty. The crust is thin but has a nice crunch to it. The hot honey pepperoni pizza was okay, but that’s really only cause I’m pretty tired of hot honey. The mushroom pizza my wife got was good but I feel the bacon leek pizza was the best choice. We’d come back, though the menu is small.

Located right outside the theater at the Fontainebleau, this has got to be THE BEST PIZZA I have EVER had!
Granted, I had only a slice ($9) but it was amazing, a slice of heaven. The crust was crunch and thin, the cheese and sauce, divine.
I had ordered a MARGHERITA slice and they didn’t put the basil on the pizza, just a piece of basil on the side. That was ok. I wish I had more basil tho. Regardless, it was amazing!
I’ll be back for more tomorrow!

I wanted to buy a whole pizza but they refused to sell us. Instead they let us buy slices just because there are so many customers who came from the music festival near their store.
Very bad business tactic. I won’t recommend this pizza store.
