I’ve been following Miami ribs on instagram for a while now looked pretty good but the original truck location was as too far from me so I went to try the restaurant they recently opened on Flagler and 79 ave as love some good bbq . Needless to say it was extremely disappointing . First off service was terrible only 4-5 tables with costumers in the restaurant and servers were completely lost in what they were doing . Water and 1 drink took about 10 -15 mins . My girlfriend and I ordered the sampler which brings 2 brisket croquetas , 1 brisket nugget , 2 wings , 1 pork rib, and 2 burnt ends to try a little bit of everything since it’s our first time eating here as an appetizer .Only edible thing was the pork rib and it was decent . Besides it all being cold the croquetas , brisket nugget , chicken wings were extremely dry and basically inedible especially the wings could barely chew them . Ordered the brisket with 2 sides , it was the best thing we ate and it was mid level at best nothing to brag about , no where near how it looks on the instagram page with 2 sides fries and coleslaw, and a side of cornbread . Coleslaw decent , fries were not fried all the way so pretty much soggy and half raw , such a simple thing as french fries and they were terrible . The cornbread if they want to call it that , again completely inedible , no taste what so ever , bland and weird dense cake like texture . Tasted more cinnamon and spices than anything else not sweet or salty strangest cornbread I’ve ever seen or tasted , it’s not cornbread . I was in the restaurant business for almost 20 yrs as a GM and truly enjoy eating at new restaurants and like for new places to succeed so if the owner MR . Diamond reads this pls take it as constructive criticism I’m not trying to knock you down just bringing it to your attention before another restaurant fails I would hate to see that happen to you sir honestly this commentary is in good will. From what I’ve seen on instagram you work extremely hard and you actually walked in to check on the new store as we were leaving which was good to see . Try and train your wait staff better because if you have a big lunch or dinner rush you will have a lot of unhappy costumers with the service. Wishing you luck , but I won’t be returning anytime soon : Good luck .

Miami Ribs lives up to the hype, the brisket is insanely tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. You can tell it’s been slow-cooked to perfection. The fries are crispy and golden, the portions are generous, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get.
The vibe is great too, bold lighting, brick walls, and that classic BBQ energy that makes you want to dig in and stay a while.

MIAMI RIBS!!!! I have followed them on IG for a while but never actually committed to swinging by. What a mistake!! Hands best bbq in Miami area, Apocalypse is great but this is better. The brisket croquettes are extremely tasty, and worth it. The brisket is smoked to perfection, full of flavor and complemented by the bbq sauce. Highly recommend this restaurant. Besides the food amazing food, the staff is friendly, attentive, and quick. Great food and great service!!

The best ribs in Miami – Fall of the bone, perfectly seasoned & cooked, and packed with flavor. The burgers are super juicy! The Pentagon Burger + Brisket is surely an unforgettable experience! The vibe is super family-friendly. Great service, great food. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a brisket sandwich…..Mmmmmmm. Delicious! I love that usual heavy sauce or seasoning isn’t used. Just the wonder beef flavor. My sandwich was massive. Wow! I’m full. I’m glad it wasn’t over priced also. I will be back to try more items on the menu.
