Omen of the few quirky Miami grills left. For a fast food joint, they can pack a punch of flavor. Grilled wings are to die for. Grilled chesestakes are consistent and taste great for fast food. Get the Nathan’s fries, as they are fluffier and thicker, especially with cheese sauce! Service is great. The person who took our order was super sweet and helped us with a smile.
All in all. Come here for a laid back, casual, fast food joint that’s different than your typical McDonald’s or Wendy’s for a price that, ironically can beat McDonald’s now-a-days.

Went with my kids today and my 5 year old spilled not one but two entire drinks two different times! The employees could have easily been irritated (I would have completely understood) instead the kind woman said it was totally fine and just cleaned it up. I asked if I could help and she was so sweet and said she would take care of it BOTH times!! I wish I would have gotten her name!! The employees were soooo friendly even when we gave them reason not to be. Sooo grateful! As a mom those instances can be so embarrassing but they didn’t make me feel that way at all. Food was also great!!

The quality of the food has gone down the drain. I went here, and the chicken wings weren’t even whole wings. some were missing the other side, like someone cut the meat off. One of them I couldn’t even tell what part of the chicken it was. I bought a 10 piece and only ate 5 because of the quality of the meat. This is ridiculous, and to be honest, this is not the 1st time, but it was definitely the worst.

Every time I go on vacation, I pick a certain food to eat everywhere I can find it, trying to find the best one in that area. On this trip from North Carolina to Florida I was on a mission to find the best cheesesteak. I’ve had some really disgusting cheesesteaks this week. It’s been very disappointing, but thank God for Miami Subs (now Miami grill), for the best cheesesteak I’ve had in 4 days of eating cheesesteaks. Years ago we had several Miami subs in North Carolina but they didn’t make it so the only time I get it now is when I come to Florida. They also have the best fries and today the customer service was great.

Slowest moving workers ever. Took 40 minutes to get my food in the drive through. Its always slow but this time crossed the line when I can see the employees moving in slow motion…. dont ever come here for a lunch break, you won’t be back to work on time.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in Miami Grill sub bro looks more like a hot dog bun. Meat is nonexistent. I can’t believe that I planned to have this garbage delivered to me. I’ve ordered from here many times it’s always been decent this time. it’s just absolutely awful
