Hadn’t eaten at a Miami subs in years. As the ones in NC closed in the mid 2000s. Steak and Cheese was good even though it wasn’t what I ordered. Service at the drive-thru wasn’t bad. The rest of the sides weren’t bad either.

Customer service is dandy. Pretty good personalities from several employess that work the drive-thru. Very fine young gentlemen n women. The building could use some re-furbishing tho, tell your GM, its a restaraunt not a horror house. It looks like “The Haunted Miami Griiill”… get your tickets todaay! , but im never dissappointed. I dont drink fountain soda so I couldnt tell you how the sodas are.

Stay away! I ordered the 10 piece chicken wings dipped in buffalo sauce. The chicken is so hard the little bit of sauce they poured over a few of the chicken wings couldn’t even penetrate the skin. The food tasted bad almost as if there was a chemical in it. They also didn’t give me the blue cheese packet not that it would have helped. Waste of 18 dollars and my gas.

Plesently surprised! I walked into a very nice looking fast dinning restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a new bar section which i was not expecting to see but was very welcomed. We were allowed to sub a draft beer instead of a soft drink. Food was fresh and tasty as always.

The food was done fast but was not tasty at all. My bread was falling apart immediately and tasted stale and my cheese steak barely had any cheese. Also didn’t get a receipt for my transaction and nobody answered at the drive through until I yelled hello after 5 mins of waiting not sure I’d return here first bad Miami subs experience ever at this location disappointed

I was a little skeptical and anticipated bad customer service when I pulled up because of the reviews…. But I was more than pleasantly surprised. Every time me and my family visit down south we have a tradition to go to the nearest Miami grill before we hit the interstate and I’m so happy this was the closest one! Everything was chef’s kiss!!! Especially the customer service!! Artasia and her crew were so bubbly and sweet from the time we walked in and the food was super tasty and fresh! It was def an amazing start to my 4hr drive lol!

This was truly a blast from the past for me. Growing up eating here, the food was always great, but the service was never there. Now, it felt like visiting a friend’s home. I wish I had gotten the names of the two associates that were there. This was a pleasure, highly recommend.
