Went in for lunch as I was excited to see the restaurant’s opening. Some can be hit or miss in Bear. However, Mia Sushi Asian Bistro is the rare exception.
Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the hostess who also served as the waitress. Not only did the waitress provide stellar service but she alone provided the same excellence to the other four parties that came in afterwards.
Menu was clean and offered a great mix. The appetizer, salad, and main entrees came out at good speed to allow time to e joy the items while holding fellowship with your table.
Huge portion sizes and I was delighted to receive a carry out box!
I truly hope others give this new spot an opportunity. Mia Sushi Asian Bistro is a jewel and I am looking forward to future visits and bringing others to dine in as well.

The restaurant was very clean and neat, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend this spot for sushi. The Xmas roll was especially delicious.

So excited for Mia Sushi to now be open! We tried their takeout for the first time this weekend and it was great! The quality of the fish was great and tasted amazing! the yellowtail sushi pieces melted in our mouths and was definitely a favorite. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Was so excited to finally be able to eat here! While we have a few different restaurants for asian cuisine this place goes a step above! We got the cheese wontons that were so crispy yet soft in the right places. Classic miso soup but the suchi was the star of the show.The quality of their sushi was great! Thier sushi rolls were nice tight and it wasn’t mostly rice for once! Can’t wait to make this our sushi spot.

Ordered the 3 roll lunch combo and a kani salad. It’s all super good!! Kani salad isn’t super spicy but I don’t mind. The lady helping me out with picking up was so nice & included a free egg roll! I’m so excited to return & dine in with my roommates. It’s also super clean and cute in there.

This new restaurant is nicely decorated with an open, relaxing vibe to it. The menu has plenty of options to order from and the food tastes great. I ordered the Lobster mango roll and the Brown sugar milk tea and both were delicious. If sushi isn’t your thing, they have ramen and other dishes as well. This new restaurant is definitely worth checking out.
