Delicious pizza and Friendly Owners! I ordered the 14′ deluxe pizza and a deluxe Stromboli. Let me tell you the pizza sauce is Delicious the crust so buttery and the toppings lots! Everything is made from scratch. On weekdays they have pizza ready to go by the slice if you’re in a hurry on lunch break. And they also have door dash. The prices are reasonable. Give them a try. I only wish I would have got a bigger pizza. We definitely will be back!
***Update I went back and the pizza was cold and just okay. The first time I went the owner made my pizza the second time it was someone else.

This place has huge slices of pizza. The lady and guy at front counter are super nice. Very good customer service!
We got the stuffed pizza. It was massive and delicious! We also got pepp stuffed breadsticks. They are very tasty. When you heat them up the next day, still delicious! We also got hot wings. They were pretty good.
We are definitely keeping this place in our rotation of pizza spots!

Castleton and some of the surrounding neighborhoods are sea of chain restaurants, but if you look you can find gems like Mia Pizzeria. This place is the gold standard for what a pizzeria should be like in my opinion. Today, I ordered online via Slice and expected a standard pickup with little interaction, which I normally prefer anyways.
However, the people there immediately struck up conversation, asked questions to ensure I was getting my food made exactly as I wanted it, and answered some questions I had about their business. One introduced himself to me as the son of the owner. It’s clear this is a family-run business that takes pride in their product and customer experience. They made me feel both like a valued customer and a family friend.
Pictured are the Cheesy Garlic bread and a Large Pizza with extra cheese, 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Hawaiian. They glaze the breadsticks and the pizza crust with a margarine-garlic sauce, which I wish more places would do. The crust having a garlic flavor rather than being painfully plain was appreciated. Being that this is a New York pizzeria, I folded my slices very much enjoyed them that way.
These photos should speak from themselves, but in case you were wondering: Yes, the food tastes every bit as good as it looks. It’s uncommon to get pizza that is both fantastic and presentation and in taste. Even the individual ingredients themselves were great, I really like the pepperoni and ham they use here. I’ve been disappointed by plenty of other pizza places’ cheesy garlic bread, but Mia’s not short on the garlic flavor while also not being overwhelming with it. Overall, very satisfied with the food.
Noteworthy is that they also offer by-the-slice options for single-topping pizzas such as pepperoni. They currently offer a $10 lunch special that consists of a slice of NY pizza, 3 breadsticks and a 20 oz drink. For pizza and breadsticks of this quality, that’s a pretty good deal that I will definitely take advantage of.
Mia Pizzeria is totally deserving of all the 5 star reviews they get, and I’ll certainly be back! They also informed me that they will be adding a second location in Geist, and I hope for their continued success. NE Indy needs more genuine places like Mia!

The new York pizza is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Paper thin, hard as a rock, sauce was bland and lacking, cheese must not come on pizza here. For the price, plus a delivery fee, plus a tip for the rude driver combined with a 50 minute wait to get a lukewarm pizza, I’m not a happy customer. Whoever is writing reviews must be getting paid or have no idea what pizza should be. I’m guessing friends or relatives. I’ve had better pizza from the freezer. 35 bucks down the drain.

Very good. This is a Luca pizza actually. Just different owner so no garlic knots but the pizza is still good especially the stuffed. I’m a lover of their pepperoni bread sticks as well. Try it!

I ordered the Vegan Deluxe personal 10-inch pizza. This was the best I have had in quite some time. The crust was nice and crunchy. Not too thin or thick.
The vegan pepperoni and sausage had a nice flavor to it. The plant based mozzarella had a cheese pull!!
It’s nice to have options for meat and non meat eaters at 1 location. If you have family that doesn’t eat they same way, it makes it easier to decide on an eating location. The owner took pride in this as we spoke. Additionally, he is looking for more plant based meat options.

Just had my first baby and the young guy behind the counter Alex, aside from having a wonderful, exceedingly positive and friendly demeanor, actually took the time to notice that I was wearing a hospital badge and congratulated me on my wife for having our baby today.
We’re talking about a kid who can’t be more than 18 or 19, taking the time to tell me, a perfect stranger that he thought I was gonna be a great father. It absolutely blew me away. Pizza looks like a fresh hot pie from New York City.
I even broke my “no tipping for pick up orders” rule bc he made such an impression on me. Perfect end to the best day of my life. 5 stars.
