We tried this small, friendly spot while visiting friends in Pahrump and it sure left a big impression on us. Tucked into a cozy storefront, the restaurant feels like a neighborhood gem: unpretentious, welcoming, and focused on what matters most — great pizza. Staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, whether you’re dining in or calling ahead for takeout. That personal touch makes the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed, like being served by neighbors who care about the food they put on your table. The pizza itself is excellent. Crusts are made with care, achieving that crisp-yet-chewy balance typical of East Coast pies. Sauces tastes bright and well-seasoned, and toppings are fresh and generously applied. From classic cheese to specialty pies, each slice shows attention to technique and flavor. Portion sizes satisfy without wasting, and the quality consistently matches the price. And for those not looking for pizza, they serve burgers, chicken, appetizers, a variety of sandwiches as well as some salads and all at reasonable prices. The only drawback to this place might be its size. This is a small restaurant, with limited seating, which can mean a wait during busy evenings. That said, the trade-off is a focused menu and staff who know their craft. One downside to note is limited vegetarian choices. While cheese and a few veggie-topped pies are available, vegetarians looking for a wider variety of plant-based or creative meat-free options might find the selection modest. Overall, Mia Ava East Coast Pizza is a delightful spot for anyone craving authentic, tasty pizza served by people who care. It’s especially great if you value friendly service, fair prices, and well-made pies — just manage expectations if you need many vegetarian choices. We will be back on our next visit to Pahrump.

We have eaten here numerous times ordering a slice or two. Today we ordered a 16” supreme for pickup. Pizza was ready quickly and tasted good, thin crispy crust. They also make Chicago Italian beef’s and they ask Dry, wet or dunked just like Chicago what a meal.

I just wanted to say this is honestly one of the best places in town! Their food is AMAZING! I had their Philly cheesesteak and hot honey pepperoni pizza and I have to say it’s the best I’ve ever tried!! The cashier and cook are very friendly, love their customer service, they always double check my food and their restaurant is really nice! My new go to spot!! ☺️

I just ordered a one large cheese pizza with no toppings and extra sauce with buffalo wings. They gave me parsley on top when I said “no toppings” and no extra sauce.
We contacted the store and explained the situation to the manager. We also explained that we understand new people make mistakes and we are willing to drive to get a new pizza on a rainy day. The manager gave us an immediate attitude accusing us of lying for 10 minutes. Claiming the new girl said I didn’t say no toppings and extra sauce. The manager also said because it is not in the notes there is nothing they can do. We explained we have been loyal customers going 1-2 days a week since opening day ordering the same thing every time and it is not professional to accuse customers of lying over a new girls word that you just hired. The manager even claimed that she knew who we were and knew our order. When she realized we were not backing down she hung up the phone and refused to answer our call back.
Make sure you check your food so you don’t get accused of lying over a $20 pizza.
THANK GOD TOWER PIZZA IS OPENING IN JANUARY 1st.

I never received the standard text/update that my food was ready for pickup. I called them at 6:52 and she said “it’s been ready.” Thankfully, I used rewards for the phillly cheesesteak, because it was super soggy due to 40 minutes extra of sitting inside styrofoam, I ended up just giving it back to the girl at the counter. She offered to remake it but I had hungry kiddos at home and couldn’t wait. The pizza was not too good, most likely due to sitting around, not sure, just a bummer tonight. Normally everything is amazing. Might need a system update.

Phone in to-go for 12 inch award winning pizza (pepperoni, sausage, and garlic oil). Crust was slightly burned, but still very good. Toppings were average. Plenty of garlic, and a little spicy. Went down very well, and would go again. Locals say the smash burger is really good too. Inside was clean and simple.

Very good pizza! I wanted a bit more sauce, but my mom, (who ordered fresh) likes less sauce and really enjoyed it. The individual slices were popped back in the oven for a quick reheat, which was nice. Quick service, and transparent pricing. The only reason I gave less stars for service was that the cashier was handling the food while her hair was down.

Danielle, Andy, Dallas, Natalie were amazing hosts and cooks. I called right before cloasing and asked if they could accommodate a large party as we are all in town due to death in the family. Danielle was happy to oblige and expedited our order. Food was amazong! Dough is made fresh. Fried food was NOT overcooked but instead fried to perfection. I know everyone says they worked at a pizza place so they have high standards but I managed a Pizza place. 11/10, would gorgeous myself on the amazing food as often as I can.
