This little truck is Jackson’s best kept secret and it’s right here on Highland! Mi Veracruz Antojitos Mexicanos is delicious, authentic Mexican food; that is fresh, delicious and well priced. The owner is so kind and ties the experience together for me. The photo is of the chicken tacos which were top notch. My go-to items would have to be the Sopes & the Empanadas 🙂
Also, be prepared to either have cash or CashApp as your payment method (in case you are a card person). Definitely has become a place to find an “excuse to stop by”.
