More of an empty atmosphere at 6pm on a Friday but that equaled out to excellent service. Started with a frozen guayava margarita which was very refreshing. my husband got a chelada which was super big. We did the queso fundido de camaron which was a great starter. Had a refreshing Lychee martini with my shrimp empanadas. He ordered a Vallarta seafood meal which was too large to fish. Great portions and flavor. Green salsa and chips and ceviche that was brought to our table to start was great, very spicy green salsa personally but my husband was a big fan. Will be bringing family next time. Didnt stay to catch the live band. Next time.

Great food, prices bit high, bad service, they had 3 waiters for the whole restaurant, it was a pack night took almost 30 min for drinks and about an hour for food, they had no runners and waitresses doing all the work for more than 20 tables. Need to hire more people

The place was pretty quiet during the week. There was a mariachi band there. Once we ordered we noticed the waiter was very attentive and courteous. We picked the a dozen fresh ouster platter, and a large sea food tray, the freshness and seasoning was good, with just the right spicy taste. A definite recommendation when in the Foxvalley area.

Went in there to have dinner for my birthday and to my surprise, they had banda playing live music! They played “las mañanitas for all of us that were there celebrating our birthday and our server surprised me with a birthday cheesecake slice. We ordered some langostinos for dinner and they were amazing! Our server was very attentive and overall there was
The ONLY thing we were surprised was when the bill came, $13 for the birthday cheesecake slice, but this was compensated with the experience. So worth the 45min drive.
Update:
We came back 7 months later because we haven’t found langostinos as delicious as the ones served here, I ordered me some aguachiles and believe me when i tell you, they were the best ones I’ve ever had! Joel was our server both times and he gave us an amazing service. I say, you’re in the mood for some seafood, come here, because this is our spot for “that comfort food”

Best restaurant ever! I love and always go for their empanadas de camaron overall there’s so many verities to choose from. Staff was great and friendly they also give a lot of recommendations and give generous proportions!

We just moved out here from the city. And this place is delicious. Great prices considering its a seafood spot. Lots options to choose from and not to mention great service. Will be back again soon for sure! Definitely a must.
