Solid choice for some a affordable lunch or dinner. I drive through Webb City often and saw this place took over the space about a year ago or so and finally tried it today and glad I did. I will make this a regular stop.

I’m thrilled to finally have an exceptional Mexican restaurant in our town! This place has it all—a vast menu selection with something for everyone, superbly crafted dishes, and reasonable prices that won’t break the bank. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring our needs were met with care and professionalism.
The ambiance was nothing short of exceptional—elegant yet relaxed—and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The comfortable seating added to the relaxed, enjoyable dining experience. My entire party agreed, and it was clear from the smiles and laughter of other customers that they were just as delighted with their time here.
This restaurant has quickly become a favorite, and I’ll certainly be dining here again soon. A word of advice: they’re open seven days a week, but parking spaces fill up fast, so arriving early is a smart move! If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this gem a try.

Old Friend
Went there for dinner and walked in the door at 5:26PM, got sat not even a moment later. Then we left after 15 minutes. We sat for 15 minutes and no waitress or waiter came up to my child and I. When we got up and left there were probably 6-7 waitresses standing talking next to the bar. Another family came in and sat a table away from with 3 kids and two adults. Got their drinks and a huge bowl of queso. So we simply got up and left. No apologies, the waitresses wouldn’t even look at us. I have no clue what was going on. They sat us in the middle of the room. So probably no waitresses were available. But it really sucked to be ignored for 15 minutes. Even the hostess came to the other table and asked if they had gotten drinks and she brought them, after she had sat us and saw nothing almost 15 minutes later. Thanks for the free chips I guess? We went to the Carl Junction location and immediately got sat. Got waters not even 2 minutes later, and our queso. A completely different location. A complete 180 from Webb City. I use to love Webb city but they don’t love their customers. I told the guy in the way out in Webb city that had glasses. He said “I’m so sorry guys”. He was cool and kind. Not sure why all the wait staff couldn’t help. Probably won’t go back though it’s two blocks from my home. Always had amazing service there.

Absolutely great food! Staff is great and attentive. Ordered the chiles poblanos and never disappoint. The chips are nice and crispy! It never disappoints. So glad they have a new location in Webb City. Can’t wait to go back and try some margaritas. Bienvenidos a Webb City!!!

First time at Mi Torito and we will absolutely be heading back. Friendly staff. Clean and refreshing atmosphere that is open and inviting. Food is fresh tasting with just the right amount of kick in the sauce. If you are in the area or heck, even if you’re not, I definitely recommend a visit to Mi Torito.

Our new favorite Mexican restaurant! My teenage boys have had awesome dining experiences every time we have eaten here. Chips and salsa immediately after sitting down, cheese dip or quacamole comes within 2 minutes after ordering it, and our entrees come to the table about 7-9 minutes after being ordered. The food options are always served hot and taste delicious. The prices are reasonable, especially because of the large portion sizes. We have not had a bad experience ever at Mi Torito! Will always recommend!

This place is usually busy. I went here for the first time & ordered our food. The inside has been redone & it looks really nice. The wait staff was kind of standoffish & lacked checking on customers while dining. I was offered a refill at the very end of my meal. No extra napkins on the table. The food was fresh but seriously lacked flavor. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but in my opinion. You can get the same thing at taco bell with actual flavor. Overall wouldn’t recommend or go back. Nothing really special unfortunately I had high hopes.

Great place for a Mexican dish. The food is the best we ate in the joplin area,however, we’re from New Mexico and eat a lot of southwest Mexican food with green chilies. Our plates didn’t have fresh green chilies. So because of that I couldn’t give it a 5 rating.
The restaurant is worth stopping by with that exception. We have been traveling the Midwest states and this was the best Mexican cuisine we ate at.

Chianne Xiong (Chihex)
Food was extremely bland, I’m not sure how this place has such high reviews. I ordered the Steak Fajitas they had no flavor even with salting them. Some of the meat was inedible. I took a few bites with no interest in finishing them was going to just pay and leave and grab something somewhere else. The manager came over and apologized and I felt compelled to order something else. I ordered the Chile Rellenos. In my experience, the most fool proof mexican dish. The menu claims they are stuffed with cheese but there is no cheese inside, only cheese sauce so the flavor and texture when covered in cheese sauce already is just weird it felt like they were stuffed with nothing but the manager said they stuff with cheese and cheese sauce (there is no cheese pull the cheese sauce just runs out when cut into.) The cheese sauce itself had very little flavor. The refried beans were the best part but also lacked flavor. Just very flavorless food, except the salsa was good. I could only eat one and it wasn’t that good I won’t be back even though the staff wasn’t bad. She asked if I liked the Chile Rellenos and I just said they were fine because I just wanted to pay and leave and not have to reorder something else.
