I got birria tacos, which are the best birria tacos ever. However, the side of yuca is very small portioned. I’m going to share a reference from Super Rico’s (black container) in Stafford, and Mi Tierra. (White container. I noticed this on the way home when I opened it, so I ordered more from super Rico’s because I knew what their portions were like. My husband and I both ordered the tacos birria because that what was recommended to us. They were absolutely delicious. The lime was juicy, the onions and cilantro were also juicy (you know when onions are kind of dry, they suck), and the taco itself was perfectly made.
If you’re on the fence about visiting, just do it. You’ll probably like it and tell all your friends about it.

If you’re on I-95 near Spotsylvania, this is a must stop. It’s only a couple miles off the highway and very worth it. The Quesabirria tacos are phenomenal. Crispy and so much flavor. All of the other tacos are great but my go-to is the Al Pastor. We try to make this a once a month stop and it has never let us down.

Stopped in for lunch as I was waiting on my truck to be repaired. This is a great place with a huge selection of dishes at fair prices. I had Carna Asda with shrimp and while the steak was a bit thin, it was spiced just right. I thought everything was fresh and I would definitely go back.

We were in the mood for birria tacos and Mi Tierra came to mind. We’ve only ever ordered from them through DoorDash but the food always arrives soggy, so we decided to dine in and try them fresh. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised with how open and bright the restaurant was. It looked so clean and had a very inviting aesthetic. The birria tacos were definitely better now that I was able to have them straight from kitchen to table. The tortilla was perfectly crunchy, a likable about of cheese, and the right about of cilantro/onion ratio. The consume was also delicious and I loved their queso. I tried to order flan for dessert but they were unfortunately out of it that day… I’m looking forward to trying it next time when we go back.
The service was amazing and attentive and I was able to meet one of the owners. I definitely recommend this place as one of the go to places to get Birria in Fredericksburg.

Honesty, I don’t think I ever had good Central American food until here. Where I’m from (Hawai’i), we’re not known for it and every state I’ve been to with supposedly good ethnic food like this had been disappointments. When my sis rec this place for lunch one day, I didn’t have high hopes.
Well, we’ve been back since that first time and the food is worth it. Sure, the service feels a little rushed with all the pickup orders regularly coming in and there might be miscommunication, but the food is so good. Colorful decor aside, the place is spacious and clean as well.

Always check your order. Food is delicious, every time. However, I rarely get what I ask for. Been there a dozen times. Tuesday 5$ for 2 tacos is incredible. But EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up my sauces, or don’t give me cabbage+sauce with the pupusa’s, or I get the wrong tacos entirely. I usually pick up for my work, 2 or 3 orders, and they never bag them separately even though they say they will over the phone, and I’ve had to go back for missing items at least 4 times.

Wow I am so glad my husband took me here. The environment is clean the service is very friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. If you like Central American food this is your place. Everything we ordered was a wow. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. We will definitely be going back.
