I have never experienced service this bad! The tables were super tiny and crowded. Only ONE paper napkin per person. Waiter took forever to bring the menu, got orders mixed up and kept forgetting to write things down, chips were given 1 hour after arriving, and waitress didn’t even bother to ask if we needed anything else. This place also smells like pipe… After waiting 2 hours, I finally got my food. The chicken had no flavor, fries were not even crunchy, bread tasted like plastic, chips were not even good, burger patty was raw, and steak was bleeding after specifically saying “well done”. It was horrible! FOOD NEEDS MORE SEASONING AND FLAVOR!!! I came here for friend’s birthday dinner, if I came here by choice, I would have stormed out. Don’t waste your money and time at this place. It’s horrible and it’s frustrating. If someone brought me here for my birthday… I would cry!!

Where do I start – the 2 stars is for the nice waitress which I made sure to tip good. She was waiting on all the tables (6) and was the cashier, so with that said it took forever to get our food. I don’t blame her, she did the best she could with a smile. Money I paid for food is not worth it. Facility is clean. Tortillas were burned, fajita was burned, ribs were tough and dry. I ordered a pina colada and never got it. This was just my experience, maybe yours will be better.

Worst place to eat. Very dirty, and dont get me started on the kitchen. Employees peen literally on the kitchen floor. Buckets of chicharrones, beans, rice on the floor while people are sweping. The explode there employees, dont pay when they have too, owners are very rude to there employees. Overdue food in there freezer. Mouses running in the kitchen Im suprised they still running this garbage of a restaurant. They are super racist with there costumers. If u come in a bus u only get the buffet nothing else and buffet is limited. 17 dollars for a burned fajita plate while other people eat from the regular menu. Never eating here again

I ordered the chicken flautas. My favorite side was the rice. The chicken filling inside the flautas was bland. The table next to me ordered Caldo de Res and looked very appetizing. Will be coming back.

Tried to order from the menu and was told they only had the buffet available. Saw other people enjoying meals from the menu but because we were on a bus we were only offered the buffet. Buffet cost $16 and was limited to dry steak and burnt chicken with sticky Mexican rice and runny mashed beans with a boxed macaroni and cheese. Felt discriminated for being in a large group. Could have ordered from the menu, we were there for an hour, I don’t think it takes an hour to make a meal off the menu.

Menu prices were deceiving. 2 tacos for $6 each ended up being $10 each. Ordered a glass of water and a lemonade. They brought us a bottle of water and a small lemonade for $10. We looked at the receipt and it said “dos aguas con musica $10”. They charged us to listen to the music
