Terrible experience. We used to love this place. Got there at 6 when google said they were open. Nobody around, nobody from the store even knew when it opened. Finally a guy came out from the back and said nothing was ready. Would be about an hour. We waited until 7 went back in and he said it would be another hour until the steak or hamburger meat would be ready. I will not be going back.

The tortillas are so fresh and good quality. The steak and egg tacos are my favorite. I add refried beans. I buy them at least 2 times a week. Bacon tacos are also good. Staff is very nice and good service always. I always recommend this place

I thought the place was closed. No one at the front counter and all the trays were semi open and disorganized. Food trays were really old so they looked dirty. They were made out of clear plastic but looked more brown than clear.

I decided to buy my food at this place, the service is terribly bad, the person who served me looked like he hated his job, he reluctantly gave me my food, he grabbed the rice with his hand and put it in my bowl, he didn’t tell me what he had in each container to choose what to put inside my bowl, the truth is it was a very bad experience and the food was not that good, I would never eat here again, I do not recommend it

Lived here for over 3yrs and finally tried this place …it didn’t disappoint.
I tried the Barbocoa Bowl, Husband had Chicken bowl. We took our teenagers an order of Nachos and and a Quesadilla. Everything was fresh and tasty. Tortillas were made fresh in front of you. The two gentlemen behind the counter were quick and gave us great customer service (something hard to find these days). We will be back!

My wife and I decided to try this since we haven’t had it. It was terrible!!!!!!! I waited in the drive through for fifteen minutes. There was nobody else in line, and nobody inside was being helped. When the guy finally came to the window he forgot to charge me. I had to remind him that I’d been there and nobody had helped me. The “chicken bowl” would be better off being called a bean bowl. There was two pieces of chicken in the bowl, obviously the priciest ingredients are sparingly placed in. I would’ve gave it one star, but there was actually really good flavor in the food. The service sucked, and I have to believe the amount of chicken in the bowl was a mistake, not standard practice.

I’ve stopped in twice now. Set at window for 5 min. Pulled up and they said only one person working. Insane. Second time took me 10 min to get 1 taco and a drink. You can’t survive in a small town with service like that
Well I tried it again today my the steak was cold Asked for cheese they put it on there and did not heated up so I had warm eggs cold steak and cold cheese. Great Taco. Not!!!!!

I’m a little concerned with this place in regards to food safety. At 9am they have all the meat out that is used for lunch and dinner. It’s just sitting there uncovered for hours drying out and looking very suspect. I had a breakfast taco with brisket and egg and it actually tasted fine. However, I don’t think I would trust this place for lunch.

Because the food is made to order, it takes a little longer to get it out the drive thru window. However, it is absolutely worth the extra few minutes their madecto order service requires.The food is always excellent, freshly prepared and hot. Mi Taco is one of my families favorite places to eat out and at less than $10 per person, the cost is less or on par with other fast food establishments.

Does anyone work here? Are they trained on how to acknowlege there is a customer waiting? First time I tried eating here, it was around lunchtime, I stood at counter for close to 5 min, said ‘hello?’ a few times, and ended up eating at Subway. The last time (which is the LAST time I will go there) I sat at the drive thru talkbox for over 6 minutes, and watched on their video screen employees sweeping, wiping counters, etc but not noticing I was there. This was at 6p on TacoTuesday, you should know better!! The few times in between I was able to place an order, the food took FOREVER to be prepared, and was sub-par to say the least. Will drive to Anna for some TacoBell next time I want tacos.
