Stopped in today and found that there’s a new menu! One addition are the Birria tacos….. Slap me!!!! 3 tacos slammed full of slow roasted beef and served with black beans for $13.99. Stop in and support a fantastic local family owned restaurant!

Unlike some others we had a great buffet experience today. Food was fresh, appetizing and delicious. The chips and salsa very nice. My son had chicken nuggets and fries – and he indicated were awesome, and the hubs and I had the buffet. We arrived at 1:30ish and they were busy but had space.
The burritos and meat were all very nice and all the vegetables crisp and fresh. Their cheese sauce was great. All in all the buffet was great. I don’t get rice often so I am not sure about that, but it was just as fresh as we have had at resorts in Mexico.
The staff was welcoming and friendly and our waiter took the time to explain their specials and spoke about their unique art with us.
We will definitely be back for taco Tuesday!!

This place is great. Outstanding service and delicious food. We went on a Thursday night and this place was packed. I guess everyone else already knew this place was good. Really looking forward to going back and trying something new. I had the #29 and the chimichangas were outstanding. Even the kids likes what they ordered. If your ever in the area you need to stop by and try this place.

Decided to try out the happy hour (which we received a flyer in the mail about and it is on their website) and the server acted like he had no clue what happy hour was. When we asked to speak to the manger after much back and forth about it all the sudden the happy hour existed and it got cleared up. The taquitos were good the margaritas were not, had little to no alcohol in them. It felt very much like we were trying to be tricked and it is not a good feeling as a customer.

We received a promo in the mail for happy hour, so my wife and I decided to go.
Food was good.
Ordered 2 jumbo margaritas and neither had alcohol, not sarcastic, it was just peach juice.
When it was time to pay they refused to honor the happy hour discount. I showed them their own website with the hours of 2-5 for happy hour, they refused the discount.
10-15 mins later the manager arrived and “it was all a mistake” and accepted the promo.
This felt like a bait and switch, plenty of other restaurants that offer more, probably will not go back.

Very beautiful restaurant. Kind of people with good service. The problem I had was the food was not warm. I bought some jalapeño poppers that obviously were frozen but not cooked enough. I had to return them to be warmed up or we cooked. The waitress was so cute and kind she didn’t know English but we got it Taken care of. I’ve eaten at several Mexican restaurants and I’m going to say the food is not the best Mexican Food I’ve had. It may be a seven out of 10. So it’s a fun place to eat convenient to my house. I wouldn’t say do not eat here. I would say when you do eat here make sure the food is cooked well.

This is a well-loved Mexican staple in the Sunbury area. The food is excellent, there is plenty of seating for larger groups, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The portion sizes of the offerings guarantee you won’t be hungry after your meal. I typically get the Mi Sombrero special and it is always good. This is an easy recommendation for those looking for good Mexican food in the Sunbury area.
