I frequently get food from Mi Sombrero…specifically their beef or chicken nachos. The last order I received didn’t have as much meat or cheese as normally, so when placing my order today, I asked for a smidge more of both. When I picked up my order, they only charged me for one entree and when I say these are LOADED! It was such a kind gesture, especially when things are a bit hard at this time. I recommend this restaurant several times over.

The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the tex Mex fajitas and it wasn’t all that great. I’ve eaten at several Mexican restaurants all over the country and have had better. My friend ordered a chicken taco and steak taco she said hers were delicious. Would i try it again yes. But I would definitely try something other than the fajitas. As far as the service and the atmosphere neither of which was very good I was not impressed

I should have read the comments, it is absolutely my fault the food is not good at all we were a total of 5 people and not one of us finished our food. I had rice and beans with a shrimp quesadilla for reference the rice was very hard and the beans had a sour taste as if they were getting bad/rotten.

I have been going here since I was alittle kid and I have always known it to be slightly expensive, but today was ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal got charged for a regular meal and didnt even get everything that comes with it. Plus had to pay an extra 6 dollars because I used my card. A $30 order turned into a $52 mess.

The chile Reno did not have any chilies in it. When I tasted it it tasted like grease. The tacos meat had no taste at all. The beans tasted old and burnt like it had been reheated. The cheese dip tasted like it had been made with can milk. I would give it 0 stars if possible. The only thing good there was the guacamole and the salsa which they charge 1$ extra for chips and salsa. When I didn’t eat it they still charged me for it. Worst tasting food ever. We will not be returning.
