The first time for breakfast and what they served me for chilaquiles was absolutely the worst food i have ever seen. I didnt even eat a bite. The potatoes were like boiled. Not how i like my potatoes. Wont go back for breakfast.
The second time I went for dinner and got their shredded beef fried tacos and let me tell you absolutely fantastic. Beef was seasoned well. The chips served were delicious, I’m a sucker for chips and salsa. The salsa were alright. Great Priced too!

I came to Mi Ranchito 2 for good food, got even more than that! We enjoyed good food at a good price and a generous serving size, at a place where hardworking local people stop to enjoy themselves and eat. Our waiter was funny and attentive, and the food was so good I left and forgot all four of my rings at the table without even knowing. Despite my living out of town, they took down my address and shipped them back to me, even refusing when I offered to at least Venmo for the postage. No one was annoyed when I checked in, and they only showed me kindness and helpfulness (special shoutout to Andrew!). Now I can write this review with all four of my rings returned, and having had a great meal that was well worth it! This place is what local spots are all about– friendliness, delicious food, and a place to connect where the beer is cold. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Very good food – more Tex Mex style than other places we have tried in Colorado, which was perfect for us. Salsa was good, chips were fresh, queso was delish (blanco), and we tried various dishes – that all were very tasty. Loved their beans and rice! We also got sopapillas, which were MASSIVE, but pillowy soft, hot, and fresh. I decided to try a combo plate and really enjoyed the Chile relleno, enchilada, and tostada. Simple, delish, and so filling! The carnitas were so good, too. We also tried a carne asada burrito, which was massive and very tasty. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for more Tex Mex style food.

The service was great! Food has very little flavor. I’m not saying its bad it just needs work. The menu has quite the variety but if they added some seasoning it would be worth it.The place is kind of depressing and dingy. If your wanting to try something new like we did. I wouldn’t start here.

If there’s a line at the door, wait it out! The food here is terrific. The short wait to be seated is offset by the fast service. Excellent chips to start with fresh salsa that had just the right amount of heat. Plates also come with rice and beans (like combo plates), and servings are big and very hot. Beautiful murals on the walls and friendly service made this a place we’re glad we went to.

After waiting nearly an hour for 3 entrees, our food arrived luke warm. The cheese in my enchiladas was not melted. My friend said the beef in her entree was not good.
We watched people who arrived after us eat and leave. I suspect we were forgotten about for a good chunk of time.

Delicious Latin cuisines that are a mix of little bit Mexicali/Tex-Mex flavors that are finger-licking to the soul! If you are in the Pueblo area you must try this place. The service is great and the servers are very down to earth.
