Talk about a hidden gem. Very reasonably prices food and very authentic Mexican food. I had the quesabierra tacos which were phenomenal. We also had the chicken taco salad. It has great flavor and was very filling. No doubt up there as one of the best authentic Mexican places in reno.

This is an awesome spot. Very authentic, great service, DELICIOUS lunch, very fresh food. Complimentary chips & salsa. Taco salads are huge, so we had leftovers. Pretty small spot, but it was surprisingly uncrowded. There were a good number of groups in there.

It was completely empty when I went, around 5:30pm. But has ambient mexican music with a TV. A clean place with open windows, lots of natural light. I ordered a lengua (beef tongue) burrito, wet. I was satisfied. A good sized meal. The complementary salsa and chips were good. I’m really bad at handling spice, but the salsa was just enough to make my tongue tingle and nose run. I definitely will be back. I want to try out the other meat options they have.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time today. The owner was very friendly, abd the server was great. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! We had menudo and tacos. Wow! We will definitely come back whenever we’re in the area. We highly recommend this restaurant.

For the past 20 years. Mi Ranchito was my family’s favorite place to go have menudo on a typical Sunday. We were so disappointed with the food, the menudo was no gross no flavor the fried beans was just so watery it wouldn’t saty in the chip. Come to find out is new management. Definitely will not go back.

Was visiting from out of town and heard this hole in the wall place was worth checking out. People were 100% right, this place was amazing. Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. I got the daily special, a wet burrito (chicken) with two tacos. The flavoring was spot on and did not disappoint. Give this place a try!

This food was fire. Definitely recommend this place. And whenever in area I will definitely return again. It was our first time at this but sure not the last. I loved the portions and the variety on the menu. Love the taste of the food. The horchata was delicious didn’t taste artificial as in other places.
