Mi Ranchito is a restaurant I recommend to anyone simply because when you go there you feel like part of the family! Aydee and her bunch put their heart into every dish prepared! I never leave there wishing we had gone somewhere else because the quality is always top notch! The menu has a wide variety of different dishes from burritos and soups to breakfast dishes and the most delicious Agua frescas and even a week day lunch buffet! There truly is something for everyone! Give them a try! You won’t regret it!

I am highly recommending this authentic Mexican cafe. It is probably one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants I’ve tried in Northeast Alabama. I had Menudo for the first time. It is fantastic! Everything is homemade including the tortilla chips.

This place looks small from the outside, but there’s plenty of seating. Their salsa roja is tasty, and the other food was great as well. Big portions and flavorful dishes can be enjoyed here along with quick service.
Note that they do not serve alcohol, so no margs. Would go again.

We choose this restaurant tonight because the menu looked the most authentic. Honestly I do not care to say anything other than how good the guacamole was. It was fantastic! You could really taste the lime. The cilantro in it is I think what really made it. I’m really unhappy I’m traveling right now because otherwise buying chips for a midnight snack would sound good if I had some made to go.
