We were in town for the Cotton Bowl (go Bucks). Decided to walk Main St. in Grand Prairie. Found this Salvadoran restaurant next to a street mural we used for selfies. At first glance the restaurant looked weathered but on second glance we saw the character. We went big on pupusas. They had a huge variety: cactus, pumpkin, jalapeño, Loroco, bean & cheese, chicken & cheese, pork … $2.83 ea. Four of us ate for ~$30. I had Salvadoran coffee and my wife had S. hot chocolate. The HC included Salvadoran chocolate and spices (cinnamon etc) and was quite good.

I’ve been on a mission to find some amazing pupusa’s and this is the spot! It was so good that I didn’t even remember to take a picture! The wait was a little long but they were well worth the wait. The mixed pupua’s were good but the squash, cheese and jalapeño were amazing! (As well as the bean and cheese) The taco was delicious as well as the fries. Don’t waste your time driving around DFW like I have, just stop here. (I even took home my little leftovers and reheated them. They were THAT GOOD)

Very good home style food. The tamales were very moist. Service was excellent. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

Good service and the food tasted like home made flavor cooking. The fries chicken plate need little bit of seasoning.

la comida es muy delicioso aqui! We are from out of town and this was the 1st place we see driving so decided to stop. The waitress was vey pleasant. I’m assuming they don’t usually get people that look like us because everyone was staring at us for a long time. We ordered ganilla, pupusas and the chicken meal. The pupusa had too much cheese for my liking, wayyyy to much cheese. Everything else was great. I want to stop one more time before we leave.

Food prices are very reasonable. The pupusas were very good and not too greasy.

The food is great there but I think they need someone who speak little English.

The waitress was nice but not to attentive. If you need something forget being attended to by a waitress. It smells like trash needed to be taken out. Food dry. Rice was good. Seating was to gar from table. Doesn’t really sell hondurian food. I don’t think I’ll be back.
