As a bariatric patient I saw this restaurant now offers a low carb menu. I was so excited because ACP is my favorite but I’ve been sad because rice. Rice is not low carb. Mi Pueblo said watch this! This whole menu I posted is low carb. They serve cauliflower rice! My hubby got low carb fajitas. They have cheese tortillas! When I say this was yummy it was YUMMY! Now I have leftovers for many meals! I could cry I’m so excited! Our server was Maria C. She was great! Give her a raise! She made sure our order was correct and celebrated with us we could visit!

We had such a great experience dining here! Ashley was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, patient, and attentive, especially with my friend’s kids. She made us feel welcome and never rushed, and she checked on us just the right amount. The food was delicious, and Ashley really added to the overall experience. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

Frida our waitress was still in training but her service was impeccable. We ordered a lot of food and all came out very hot and fresh. She kept our drinks refilled without being asked which is so important. She offered her own personal opinions on the dishes. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, but the atmosphere was great.With the music in the background and the low lighting we sat near the bar. We had dinner a party of three. We ordered to go food for the road.Because the food is amazing. Very flavorful and true to the description. That’s in the menu. This is our second time here, and it does not miss on the great food and reasonable pricing. You get a lot of food for what you pay.

If I could give 10 stars I would walked in was seated right away everyone greeted us with a smile our server was a trainee an he was amazing! Cleanest establishment ive been too, normally we go to casa grande but this place knocks it out of the water. We sat down got our drinks right away ordered an got our food so fast we were in an out in under 20 min. Thank you for the hospitality we will definitely be back !

Mi Pueblo is my most favorite restaurant of all time! The food and service here is excellent! My boyfriend and I came here on Valentine’s Day and our waiter, Ashley, was very kind to us. We understand holidays are difficult for people who work in food and we were very thankful that she would talk to us, be patient with us, and make the experience here a lot more enjoyable! If you’re looking for a restaurant with good food and wonderful people, this is the place to go to!!

Ashley was a wonderful server and the food was amazing. Tacos pastor and tinga were so delicious. The guacamole was fresh and tender on the crispy flour chips! The Agua Fresca Tamarindo refreshed my palate after the hot sauce and dips. Phenomenal experience!

I loved this place!!! We celebrated my mom’s birthday and all the staff made us feel very special. Margaritas were our favorite drink! The manager Danny was the best!!! She took good care of us making sure our dinner was special. All the servers and staff were very friendly and food was amazing. Definitely recommended!!!
