My family enjoyed our first time here. My beef soup was very good. I loved the broth with fresh cilantro and homemade tortillas. My mom got a horchata and it had a good amount of cinnamon, delicious. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. Very clean restrooms as well. Please go and support this family business.

As a mother of a Guatemalan son, I’ll only go to Little Guatemala for their rich in shop brewed and roasted coffee and to Mí País for the delicious homemade Guatemalan food. Staff here are so friendly and love the Spanish music they have playing when I walk in. Ordered many times from this restaurant and they never fail to make the most delicious Guatemalan food in all of Morganton. Looking for authentic, delicious food from the Guatemalan country? First time here today and I am so glad we tried this place! It is a hole in the wall so to speak, but the food is very, very good. Very authentic. The service is excellent! Everyone that was serving food on the floor checked on us. Very nice people too. It was busy, but so worth it. It’s also a market, and meat market. It’s a little pricey but it is worth it. Gotta check this place out if you like authentic Guatemalian (Mexican) food. I highly recommend this place!! Can’t wait to go back

This is a hidden gem in Morganton NC if you are looking for homemade Latin food this is the place you should go without thinking, the food came out super fast and hot, it’s not a fancy restaurant but that is where you know the place cooks with sazón ifykyk This dish is called “Plato Especial” Before you leave if you are a pineapple lover YOU MUST TRY THIS SODA I LOVED IT!!! PD: the plate was around $18 not bad for that amount of food came w tortillas too

We’ve been there a few times and it is always amazing! The staff is super nice and the food is LEGIT! If you haven’t been in a while, go back. The inside is totally remodeled and is very inviting and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this hidden gem hiding in plain sight. A+

My husband and I really loved our lunch. Will come again and again. The fajitas are excellent with large portions of rice and beans. Even guacamole with tomato and lettuce. We order a dinner portion and a couple of extra plates so we can split the meal and still have leftovers for dinner. The chips are warm and fresh. All for 23 bucks with tip. Great service. They even gave us a punch card. With 10 punches you get a free meal.
