I’ve been going for over a decade. While the decor has changed slightly over the years, the food has been the same for me.
Service is always extremely fast and courteous. The food is value-priced, and good for what you pay.
I go because it is reasonably priced good food that is provided quickly and with respectful service. I’ve never once in over a decade had a bad experience, but I’ve never been blown away either.

I’ve been coming to Mi Mexico for over 20 years, ever since I was a little girl, and it’s still the best Mexican restaurant in Columbus. The food is always amazing, but what really makes this place special is the kindness of the staff, and they treat longtime regulars and brand-new customers with the same warmth.
Mi Mexico has been a part of my family’s life for decades, and every visit still feels like coming home. Truly one of Columbus’s gems. ❤️

I had never heard of this place and stopped in on a whim. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. they were very quick to provide complementary chips and salsa and take my drink order. the menu has so much to offer and they keep frosted 32oz mugs for the draft beverages. the food was fast, hot and fresh! they have a great happy hour special on drinks. 10 out 10 shrimp quesadilla and I can’t wait to go back.

We went for my wife’s birthday and were able to be seated at a large booth and table since we were expecting alot of family members. We were pleased and the waitress was excellent since she had to take multiple orders. The food was warm and tasty and we all left completely satisfied !

Attention to detail—authentic, flavorful everything. Fresh made to order corn tortillas. Great salsa. Passionate staff and ownership. We had their signature steak and fajitas. Among the best we have had. Will be back with the kids.

I have been coming here since a kid, like literally since elementary. The food and atmosphere have always been A1. The prices are very fair, they have some of the best Guac in the world, and the patio is awesome. On this most recent visit my waiter was extremely slow with assisting me I had to flag him down to take my order after waiting about 15 minutes, but I can say that is not the norm at this place. Besides that I have nothing negative to say about this place. It’s a wonderful place for a cheap date night, a family meal, or to order takeout.

We finished a highschool basketball game in the area and wanted some authentic mexican food. My wife googled it and found this place not far away. With us not being from this area we wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an awesome little find. Nice atmosphere, friendly people, and tasty food. There is a small bar area but still a family vibe. The restaurant itself isn’t huge but looks like a lot of outdoor seating in the summer. The baskets of chips stayed full and drinks quickly refilled. The food came out fast, hot, and fresh tasting. Everyone in our party was satisfied and glad we found this gem. I will stop in again if we ever end up in this area!
