Loved this place! The ambience is vibrant. The bar is awesome — really good cocktails and plenty of options if you’re into tequila or margaritas.

The food was honestly very authentic. Everything we ordered came out fresh, flavorful, and full of that authentic Mexican taste. The portions were just right, actually more for 1 person.
The staff is friendly. Overall, it’s one of those spots that’s perfect for both a casual night out or a nice dinner with friends. Definitely coming back!

We recently dined at Mi Mazatlan for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, and we were promptly seated. The atmosphere was inviting and well-suited for a relaxing meal.

To start, we enjoyed the freshly made tortilla chips paired with a perfectly balanced salsa. For our appetizer, we ordered the calamari, which was cooked to perfection. For our main course, we shared a Molcajete—a delightful dish featuring a combination of steak, prawns, chicken, salmon, cactus, and chile, all served with a flavorful Chile Verde sauce. The dish was accompanied by refried beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Each component was well-prepared and bursting with authentic flavors.

To finish, we tried the flan, which was rich, creamy, and the perfect ending to our meal. On some occasions, there’s live mariachi music, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.

We highly recommend visiting Mi Mazatlan. Come and experience it for yourself, and let us know how you liked it!

Went for dinner. Ordered some camarones Al Mojo de Ajo. Plate was miasing some flavor but over all good food. Other plates are good. Haven’t been here on a Friday it was a full house. Mariachi was playing and vibe was great. You get what you pay for. Staff was on point

The tortilla soup I had was the most unpleasant I’ve ever tasted. The guacamole was served with stiff tortillas and was equally disappointing. The seafood, however, had good flavor. Marib’s seafood dishes are decent, but the rest of the menu lacks proper presentation and has poor taste. I ordered a sugar-free soda twice, and both times they brought me regular soda with sugar. Additionally, the *arrachera* taco needs improvement.

Food and service are good, but they charge extra for salsa, which is totally unreasonable for a Mexican restaurant, especially when you order and pay for food and drink. That’s like charging extra for catsup at any other restaurant. When I asked about this, the server referred me to the manager, who referred me to the owner, who was obviously not present. Zero accountability. I’ve been a frequent visitor to this restaurant, but I won’t go back. Too bad that their business model is based on charging their clients for something that should be included in their cost of doing business.

First time at this place. My family and I have been talking about coming here and finally we decided to order food to go. We were tired from shopping so we didn’t dine in.

We ordered two burritos and a carne asada plate. One burrito was vegetarian and the other one was regular. The food was a hit. My carne asada was good. The meat was slightly chewy but still was delicious. Love loved their sauces.

The restaurant has nice ambiance, they have a full bar and outside dining. The host/greeter at the front was friendly. I’ll be sure to eat in next time.

What a ripoff. Paid $49 for a terrible meal. The carnitas were mostly just fat (pic with fork) with very little meat left after pulling all the fat off. $18 for a single shrimp enchilada dinner that wasn’t anything special. La Pinata in Pittsburg
puts this place to shame. Beware of ordering takeout from this place!

If you want to have a great night, drinks and food look no further. The ambiance is amazing, the food is spot on and it’s close enough to enjoy a great Friday night.

It’s Friday, so Fish Tacos for lunch? Yes, please! Authentic, comes under two tortillas because they are juicy. The fish get hidden a bit because there’s so much going on with this dish, but they were delicious. I sat at the bar, they were busy for lunch. Outdoor seating, and I’ll be back for happy hour. Great job, crew de Mi Mazatlan!

Waiting on my car and we happened to see this place in a plaza. Great Mexican Restaurant! The food is so authentic. We ordered the salmon plate and shrimp taco plate and everything was perfect. The salmon was excellent with the complimentary vegetables and rice. The shrimp tacos were full of flavor. The drinks are very good! I’m going to keep this place on my radar whenever I’m in Antioch.
