I ordered the steak fajitas and they were super super good. Steak was tender and seasoned perfectly! The chips and salsa at the beginning were some of the best I’ve ever had. You should do yourself a favor and come check them out!

Location is immediately a gigantic plus. Very easy to get to from any direction.
We were acknowledged and greeted as soon as we waked in. Our waitress was so very sweet and attending. The menu was not overbearing. It was concise and laid out well, one page, double sided.
Absolutely plenty to choose from no matter what your preference is. Veges, meats, sides, frescos, desserts, etc. …..and they had coffee which is hard to find in a Mexican restaurant. ☕️☕️☕️
Food was prompt but cooked, well, my guy said it was the best chorizo pollo he had ever had. The way the meat was flattened, prepared and seasoned along with everything else that seem simple but the small things that if not done perfect could ruin an entire experience. We will definitely be regular customers, and we are pretty particular when it comes to restaurant food. I think the staff made the first and last impression that were first rate.

We finally found a Mexican restaurant that has real chicken enmoladas, the mole has the chocolate which makes it a bit sweet. This is by far the closest mole to my wife’s family’s recipe from Mexico. The carne asada burrito was very good, quite flavorful, just a bit smaller than I’m used to.
Right next door they have a Carniceria, they have all the same spices, the meats and all the Mexican candies. The have a great selection of Mexican bread and so on. We are very happy with the restaurant and the Mexican store next-door. If you’re into real Mexican food and a real Mexican store, you have to try Mi Maiz Restaurant.

I hate to leave a bad review but the food isn’t good:( Been wanting to try it for a while so I finally did and was highly disappointed. The carnitas were dry, tough, and flavorless. The beans were mediocre, but the rice was decent. I can’t reccomend this place.

We had 4 different meals and all were very good. Salsa was very good a biy spicy for me but I’m a light weight in that area. Service was good. Do hope as business progresses they can work on the restaurant not feeling like the hospital cafeteria. Overall good visit and would go again.
