This was our first but definitely not our last time eating here. Absolutely enjoyed everything, but most of all was that they brought my wife’s food out before mine instead of putting it under a heat lamp for the 7 minutes longer that it took for my paella to cook, which was fantastic. Thanks for a great experience.

Had a really good experience at this restaurant, the price of food is definitely what you get and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. Desteny was a really good server and took care of me. Highly recommend this place. Also be careful with these shrimp, holy, they are spicy but so good ‍

I visited San Blas for the first time this week, encouraged by a Kroger coupon, but I won’t be returning. I ordered the Speedy Gonzalez, requesting a ground beef taco, but it came with chicken instead, despite the waitress checking multiple times. My son had the taco lunch and fried ice cream, yet our bill was $30.34, which seemed high. The food wasn’t impressive, the vibe felt empty, and the overall experience lacked a pleasant atmosphere.

Had the Chicken Fajita Taco salad for lunch. My friend had Quesabirria tacos, (which she kindly shared with me). The food was delicious! The manager, Araceli, was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! We will be sure to visit again soon!

Definitely recommend!! Great atmosphere and great service. Definitely will be back to try more on the menu but the enchiladas were made great. There was a lot to try on the menu as well. Our waitress Andrea was amazing! Great experience overall!

This place is pretty good. I’ve eaten and drank here multiple times now and thought it was decent. The atmosphere is really cool. It is a little pricey though.

The first couple of times visiting here I just drank. I ordered the pina colada and it tasted very good but it was $11 if I remember correctly. So the mixed drinks and cocktails are little pricey. Just keep that in mind.

With that said, the food is a bit pricey also, specifically their seafood. If you go during lunchtime, their regular non-seafood dishes are priced reasonably. Also, their happy hour beer prices aren’t too expensive either.

While the seafood here is quite expensive, the quality is pretty good. I ordered the shrimp quesadilla, as it was one of the most affordable seafood items in the menu. The cheese wasn’t that good but the shrimp was excellent. I did get the squid the last time I was here and I can honestly say that it wasn’t that good and the portion was very small for the price.

As for their regular dishes (non-seafood), they’re okay. Their cheese isn’t that good though. It kind of reminds me of cheese wiz.

I do like the variety of sauces that they have. When we first started going, they would give us complimentary ceviche. The last time we were in though, they did not. They said we could order it as an appetizer. I don’t know if that was a promotional thing or what. Either way, it was appreciated and it was pretty good.

The atmosphere is pretty cool in here also, as before mentioned. The walls and ceiling are painted blue and there are paintings of fish. It feels like you are under the sea.

Overall, this place is decent. It’s quite pricey for their seafood dishes but it is high quality. There regular dishes are okay. It’s probably best to go during happy hour if you plan to drink. The decor of this place is quite vibrant also.

Food was okay, ruined experience when the bill came and they charge $2 dollars extra for asking for more sauce that comes in a 2 ounce sauce cup. Which is complimentary with chips in the first place. Greedy, won’t be back. Plenty of other mexican restaurants with better food and service.

UPDATE: We’ve been to Mi Lindo San Blas several times now. The last time, they seemed to have had an off night. The seviche was completely bland. It seemed fresh enough, but definitely not marinated in lime juice. I would also stay away from their oysters. They were not fresh at all and had a terrible taste… I couldn’t even swallow it. Brought it up to the waitress, and she mentioned others have said the same. I really hope they take action to correct these issues. Otherwise, we will likely not be back.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was our first time visiting Mi Lindo San Blas. Upon entering, you’re greeted by lovely murals all over the walls. The space is fairly small but inviting. We were seated promptly, and the waitress immediately took our drink order. We ordered a Long Island and a Michelada, which were a bit pricey ($9.99) but delicious.

For appetizer, we got the shrimp seviche. It was very fresh and delicious… finally, I have a go-to for my seviche cravings! For the main course, my partner got a beef burrito, and I got a whole red snapper Nayarit style. The burrito was very good, but that snapper stole the show! The skin was crispy, but the meat was flakey and tender. Nayarit style sauce added a lot of flavor and just a hint of heat… very tasty. The freshness of the food was apparent, and I hope this never changes.

All in all, a great experience. The food and the ambiance actually reminded me of being back in Mexico.
